Vingreli Village Resort

I had a disappointing experience with the hotel service in Ghorahi. The reception staff was unhelpful and unclear. When we called ahead, we were told that a room was available for our family. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that their policy doesn't allow families to stay in one room. This information should have been communicated to us during the call, saving us unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and customer service in the future. The reception guy needs some manner towards customers.

Simple, elegant and clean with scrumptious and generous servings of treats or meals! Always a pleasure to dine and stay at Vingreli Resort when in Ghorahi. Thank you to the team there.

Found downfall in room quality than before and service is too delay not a good wifi range and facility as was before..

I had been here for Reception Party after quite several years . First time I had Vingerli Special Combo and next time it was during photography session of all the photographers. The place is quite big with parking lot inside and outside the Resort, swimming pool and Party Palace as well . Fooding and lodging is also available here. Friendly environment for kids and couples too.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed in while traveling Nepal. The service staff were rude and wont listen to your request. The guy in the front desk has no manners whatsoever. Had no idea on how one should speak with the customers. First they lied about the occupancy and gave us a three person room for a group of four. They said its was a room for 4 for only has 3 single beds. Yo hotel ma dusman lai ni recommend gardina.

The room was good. Lots of bugs but outside the rooms. Wanted to take a swim but couldn't cause they were cleaning it

Been there to attend a friend's wedding. The location and the ambience was wonderful and so was the food. Well known for banquet and services, the resort is a gem of the town.
