amazing place and heaven in nepal . Staff are very humble and serving there best , food are very delicious. Over all i am astrophotographer and this place has amazing night sky , i able to see whole things clearly by my naked eye. This is real true amazing peaceful place to enjoy with family and friends

This was the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I have had in Nepal. We booked this resort in advance for two nights over the phone, and the property owner confirmed the rate as 4,000 NPR per night. However, upon arrival, the price was suddenly increased to 10,000 NPR per night without explanation. To make matters worse, we were told that on the 31st, we would be moved to another poorly maintained resort called 7 Estate. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. This level of dishonesty and poor customer service is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

The Staff, management, location and food are all awesome. This is the perfect place to shed off your city life stress in the lap of Shivalik's. Lots of love to the people of Nepal, they are very friendly and soft spoken.

Great service and kindness from the staff. Beautiful location with plenty of space to picnic or walk around on the land. Quiet and calm even if it's close to the road. It does not bother. Very clean rooms and property. We loved staying there. Only negative comment is the breakfast. No healthy and light option. All breakfast options are heavy and very oily. The options that seemed nicer they didn't have. So my only comment would be to give costumers a more healthy option for breakfast.

Visited in May and it was drizzling when we arrived at the resort. It looked good at the first sight. We met Himanshu (Manager) and then the owner ( forgot the name), both were nice and we had a great chat with them. They have fish hatchery, doing dag farming and there were few other animals. They have swimming pool and good thing is they do provide costumes & towels to the guests. They have photographers who used to took pics and then were sharing over WhatsApp although we didn't got opportunity to capture any pics for us. The food was good & was not so expensive with few exceptions. Owner also promised us to provide a fish & papaya salad complimentary but we were not able to take that benefit bcoz we went out to check out other places and had dinner outside. Met Ganesh (restaurant manager), another great guy who provided services to us till midnight without any complaints. The only thing we found missing was timely service for few of the things because of low number of staff and that's quite understandable as they are new and don't have lot of guests so they don't generate lot of revenue to pay par the staffs.
