Amazing experience. The caretaker is very sweet. The place is very clean. Very good for the value. Had 24/7 hot water. We had an overall amazing experience. It is also very close to Nagaland University. Will 100/100 recommend.

The apartment is designed to give the residence a comfortable and cosy experience. It is located 4.5 km from the main town, an ideal location on the outskirts of the city overlooking the hills. It has a parking facility and the area is well connected with roads via Nagaland Civil Secretariat and NH2 Kohima-Mokokchung Road. The apartment has running water and a garbage disposal facility. Considering the water scarcity problem in Kohima, it has a rain-water harvesting system that is able to address the needs of the residence during water crisis season. The apartment have 1BHK, 2BHK and 4BHK flats.

The care taker and his adorable daughter were awesome. The washroom were clean with gyeser and all. Even though there were no electric kettle the care taker made sure about the availabilty of warm drinking water. Wonderful experience. We ate outside. The areas is a bit far from the main town. But peaceful.
