Went to the restaurant on the top floor for late lunch with ky cousins. Here's how I'd rate the following:|Ambience:10/10|Food: 9/10|Service: 0/10||Why?|Because we had to wait for 25 long minutes for our order to be taken (that too only after we reached out the billing counter for someone available)|Another thing which frustrated me is that the staff was setting up another table despite taking our order and checking on us.|PS: There were only 3 tables occupied but order was not taken on time.|Our tables did not have cutleries, paper napkins. We had to grab from another table which was occupied. |||Service could've been better. |Loved the food.

Excellent location. Very cordial and helpful staff. Nice rooms with good amenities. Only problem is the non availability of lift. The hotel is on the top floor of the building.

Conveniently located and cordial staff. They were really helpful to guide us for sightseeing. Food was also good. Housekeeping could use slight improvement. Overall good stay

The room we got was good. Talking about the service it is difficult for them to manage if few people come. Food was good but quantity was less.A major drawback is that there is no left.So we need their help.The market downstairs is great for shopping.The hotel is very close to taxi and bus stand.

Very VERY poor service at the restaurant.. No one is interested to take order. Half the items on the menu are not available. And the food that we ordered arrived cold. The vegetable wasn't even warm... forget being served hot.

No elevators hotel is on 3rd floor ,staff helps with luggage though ,deluxe rooms are good and ordinary rooms are too claustrophobic and small

Hotel rooms are good but food quality is not up to the mark. And most importantly hotel check in and check out time is not flexible. The hotel is in the 3rd floor of Kohima Trade Centre so in the morning time the gate opens after 6:00 am. If someone want to early morning check out or if some medical emergency happens then they preson will not able to go to hospital also. The hotel stuff's also does not pickup the call. I have face worst experience here. Think twice before booking this hotel.

Our entire experience was wonderful, from the delicious food to the attentive service and the ambiance. We loved dining. Everything was very well handled from the moment we arrived until we left.
