|I definitely recommend this place to those who are looking for a comfortable stay with friendly people |They have different rooms with different capacities, the design of each room is unique|They have a cute living room and a terrace with a beautiful view. There is a short and pleasant breakfast that is provided with the stay|The landlord is present and will answer your questions or guide you if needed|Guests are limited and quiet in terms of sound|we enjoyed and I wish you like it too|

This is rather a Homestay at the Midland Colony, Kohima, Nagaland. The property owner is a Lady good though & service too is quite good however however first the charges are pretty high comparably & even few quint essential services like Geyser & all needs upgrade. Car parking too at this location is little tough even though the property owner arranged the parking for us.

This lodge is one of the best places in terms of location to stay in Kohima. The rooms are super clean and bed is very comfortable.

The best place - in terms of convenience, Kohima City View and hospitality. You will love the view from the balcony. Also, you have good ethnic restaurants like Morung Kitchen and Rice Hotel nearby.||The best part is - the main road is nearby and you can get buses and cars to go wherever you want.

This is an excellent place to stay in Kohima. Budget-friendly and very close to the market area. Around the place you can find many eateries and restaurants. Apart from this, the owner is very hospitable. They serve you breakfast, dinner and whatever your ask for with warmth. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and well-furnished. The common balcony outside the dining room offers a spectacular view. Washrooms may have to be shared, but they are impressive!

Just stay here while you are in Kohima and I will tell you why. 1. Clean and comfortable beds with duvets in case you are cold. 2. Look at my pictures. The view from the balcony is amazing. 3. All amenities you require for a comfortable stay are available, including breakfast. 4. You will be staying in a Guesthouse which is clean and cosy allowing you to experience living like a local. 5. Conveniently located in Town with access to cafes restaurants and shops. 6. Walkable to all the nearby sights. Lastly, Nino (The host) is a local who came back from abroad with a good understanding of what foreigners need and also so knowledgeable about Kohima. I really enjoyed my conversations with her about Nagaland and their culture and she gave me so many insights which I could not have obtained if I were to stay in a commercial hotel. Highly recommended and I will be back here for the next Hornbill Festival.
