The Himbs

I traveled to Dimapur and stayed at The Himbs'. Although my stay was brief, it was enjoyable. The room, complete with an attached bathroom, was spacious, tidy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and they took excellent care of me from the airport pickup, through my stay and meals at the hotel, to the drop-off. If you're searching for accommodation in Dimapur for business or leisure, consider The Himbs'.

The hospitality of rhe hotel was really good. The food was awesome at such a reasonable price. And moreover, the quantity of the food was commendable. The staff were very polite and also guided us in any concerns we had. The location is near to the railway station which makes it convenient. Good place to stay.

I have traveled around the world and stayed in several hotels that offer some luxurious accommodation with excellent services. Back to Dimapur, I have not thought of The Himbs in the same way from the bigger picture. Nevertheless, it won't be fair if I make a direct comparison with some 5 star hotels but my experience in The Himbs for two nights are a solid eight on the scale of 1-10. First thing first, the staffs are good with response to the call and their exceptionally good speaking English, Hindi and nagamese are an ad ons. Secondly, the complimentary services provided such as room service, breakfast and paid services such as laundry and dinner are very reliable. |Thirdly, the room is spacious and clean with soft cushioning mattress bed and pillow. It is also a carpeted floor which I have personally enjoyed walking around the room bare foot. The hotel is erected beside the highway but the sound of the plying vehicles on the highway are not audible from the room. |||Some extra features that would make me come back to the hotel are the homely feeling breakfast lounge with wide windows opened offering a good view of the surrounding. And the location of the hotel being not so far away from the town. My favourite part is definitely the good sleep that I was able to get at night. ||Few comments for improvement. |1) The internet broadband speed could be better. |2) Washroom soap could have been kept ready. |3) Window curtain doesn't cover all the corners.||Additional service|Management director/ manager Ranjeet, the face of The Himbs delivered his excellency in customer's service towards us. After the check-out, he arranged an auto rickshaw for us in the highway for a smooth departure. But, upon over priced fare demanded by the auto driver, he offered to drop us to the town in his personal car to which we have denied but that was a kind and humble gesture. Shout out to you @Ranjeet.

This was my first time staying at Himbs Hotel, and I can confidently say it won't be my last! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service was absolutely flawless, and the cleanliness was beyond impressive, my room was spotless, and every part of the hotel was impeccably maintained. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable with their kindness and attention to detail. For anyone considering a stay here, I highly recommend it! Himbs Hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Himbs, lots of love

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, and good quality rooms definitely recommend it for solo travellers. Good beds good hot showers very clean and good services!! Loved it!!! I even had the hotel manager tell me all about what there is to do in the area was very helpful.

The booking was easy, The counter bhaya was so helpful to us, whenever we call him even at late night, he comes to pur aid. The room was spotless, as we expected. The chicken curry from the hotel tatse good. Me and my friends had a great time and stay at the hotel.

Nice and clean room. However, can be improved by providing a kettle for hot drinking water, tea and coffee. An intercom for connecting with reception, restaurants and house keeping, is needed. A dressing table and a mirror in the room is a necessary addition.
