Pilgrim's Boutique Hotel

I had an amazing stay at The Pilgrim Boutique in Hanoi! The hotel itself is charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made my experience special was Ms. Lee's incredible hospitality. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She organized fantastic tours that allowed me to explore Hanoi and beyond effortlessly, and she took care of me throughout my entire stay. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made me feel truly welcomed. If you're looking for a place where you'll be treated like family, this is it. Highly recommend!

I've been to this hotel twice, and it's always a nice place. Located in a quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to. Rooms are clean and well cared-for. Linen is always fresh. During power cuts, a genset is always there. And they are not shy to start it up each time. There is no restaurant as per, but breakfast can be available on request. The rates are lower than in the rest of hotels in town. Positive experience all over.

It's a beautiful property with good rooms, ambiance and parking space for cars

Great experience, I don't know that there's a better hotel in town. Quiet, removed, friendly staff, hot water (we reserved the best room). Breakfast and coffee were really great. There were some minor complaints, however. We couldn't find any TV channels that would play, and the staff weren't able to get it working. The power went out pretty often (expected), but sometimes it took a while for the generator to kick in. The biggest complaint was our neighbors. Our rooms had an adjoining door, and with the hard floors the sound carried. The staff didn't have any other working rooms they could move us to, so we ended up just playing music anytime we were there. Overall we would stay again, but if you wanted to guarantee peace and quiet, you may need a different hotel.

Our family had a restful and wonderful stay after travelling all the way from Massachusetts, USA. It was located in a quite area, away from the main traffic road and the rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the lobby and the dining hall where we can brew the coffee every morning. The spacious balcony was a great place for our family time and hosting our visitors. All of the rooms had AC and many other amenities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to our needs and were accommodating to our busy schedule. We will definitely stay there only when we visit Nagaland again. We definitely recommend this place!

If you are looking for a quiet, luxury, budget friendly, friendly service hotel in dimapur, then this is the one. It's far better than almost all of the hotels in the city. Filled with all facilities, it will fill all your expectations. Loved my stay here

A comfortable, modern family run place! We stayed for a week and the owners did everything they could to help us. The place was very comfy, clean and modern. The staff will help In any way small or large. Food is delicious Naga home cooked food or food can be ordered from local deliveries. It is central but tucked in an alley out of the way so it's quiet. They have a reliable electricity generator which can be noisy but better better no electricity! and WiFi.

The best hotel stay during our travel. Prices were very good, location on spot, the rooms were beautiful not forgetting the soft pillows and the wonderful mattress. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. The best part was they have a genset which means electricity is always there. Will definitely stay when we go back.
