Ornate hotel

Had a weekend stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The highlight? The staff and reception. From check-in to check-out, their hospitality was top-tier... genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. It's rare to find such a welcoming atmosphere, and that alone makes me want to return. Yes, they did miss out on some basic amenities.. no towel in the room, the TV wasn't working, and the AC had a mind of its own, stopping randomly. But every time I reached out, the staff handled it with care and professionalism, making up for those little inconveniences. Also, a special mention to the in-room dining service... delivery was swift, and the guy who brought my order deserves all the respect. His dedication and politeness added to the overall positive experience. Despite the minor issues, I'm definitely visiting again.

one of the best hotels in Nagaland. the room was super clean and well maintained. also the staff was v friendly and cool enough. even the owner of the hotel is an absolute gentleman. my all over experience was too great. will visit again for sure next time.

One of the best hotel around Dimapur . Staff are well mannered , friendly and helpful at the same time . Room is thoroughly clean with basic amenities that's also at reasonable price . Location wise it's very convenient 2 minutes walk from railway station and taxi . I would love to pay a visit again and again .
