Good place to stay. Rooms are good. Service is great. The staff is cooperative.

One of the finest hotels in Dimapur I especially loved their hospitality and the restaurant. The ambiance is top notch !! Definitely visiting again soo.

This is a Property at Dimapur which seems to be a very Good Hotel however once booked we found does not have any facilities as advertised. Does not even has Hot Water to bath.

Awesom service room too clean and Food is also very tasty.staff behaviour is so polite very much helpful everyone.

This place is just wildly good and aesthetic. The luxury, cozy themed restuarant makes it even better. Me and my family dined in here during our free time and it was simply an experience to not forget. I'd very much visit this place. The staffs were friendly and were always there in case of any requirements. The quick and rapid service of the staffs were impressive.

Rooms : Daily cleaned and towel changed daily. Toiletries are complimentary( Body wash gel, shampoo , soap and dental kits). Daily complimentary of two small 250 ML water bottles provided. Service : Excellent Service , laundry service is available. Staffs are helpful and greets all the time.You can call the reception if you are checking in late. Location : It is very near to Railway station and Airport is also not so far. Walkable distance to nearby restaurants and cinema halls. Food : It is excellent. Morning complimentary breakfast comes in buffet. Policy : No smoking inside the room , Rs.1000 fine for it and Rs.500 per hour for late check out. Check out time is 12noon.

The hotel is in a prime location, well placed for all the important centres of the city. Also, it is very well known, so getting to it on taxi or auto is easy. The staff are super friendly and efficient. I would particularly like to highlight the Front Desk staff Antimola, Shikyi, Tia as well as Venga and Lungzhou, who are the cafe staff at Jonathan's Corner, the in-house cafe. Really good coffee, too! Although well-maintained, the hotel is quite an old property. There are two problems connected to the age of the property. One, the most significant - while there are new ac units in every room, the old ac vents of the centralised ac system are still in place and these connect all the rooms to a common channel above the central corridor. This means that you can clearly hear what the people in the next room across the corridor are saying and vice versa. Second, the tiling on the floor of the rooms is of a particular ridged design. Due to this, the regular cleaning and mopping is unable to take up all the fine dust that settles in these ridges. So when you come out of the bathroom with wet slippers/ wet feet, you will end up with dirty footmarks on the floor/ dirty feet.

I was travelling to Kohima, and this place turned out to be perfect resting point for me. I will be visiting again soon. One can nitpick things, but staff are extremely polite and helpful, and that makes all the difference.
