Hotel Theja Fort

Over all the hotel is not the best but not the worst too ....just keep the sheets and the toilets clean and it's done, and fun fact if you drink there's plenty of shop just downstairs and if u don't want to spend money on the hotel food service there's plenty of hotels downstairs accross the road which can fill your belly at just 80rs

My honest review to this hotel is no thousands of no to this places ..room service is 0 out of 100 ..i should say u should trained your staff well they're very unprofessional, the way they talk to guest is very rude...Even after the payment they keep on calling tht we didn't pay the bill,however they charge extra money n didn't give back ,better use a bill cheque n quety for proof...unexpected n worse experience ..I don't want to recommend this place to anyone

Was expecting an experience of a lifetime from a NAGA HOTEL but wasn't quite fulfill what I expected . the location is perfect . As u enter the hotel the front desk great u with a smile but thats the end of all the good things. I was expecting a local touch with the interior but most of it are nothing of What I expected . the place room doesn't provide a good views. The ambience still need to catch up . the room has dust on the table . even the food taste blunt . Maybe I visited on a bad day at the hotel . I hope it's not that way everyday.

Good location nearest to the Dimapur railway station and Airport. Staffs are cooperative

The room being near the railway station is a good plus point, but the location is not a particularly fancy place overall. The hotel is fairly comfortable. The room is good as is the washroom. The attached restaurant is good enough. Because of its location, autos are easy to get for all locations. The Wi-Fi wasn't working for quite a bit of the time, but if you are not requiring Wi-Fi, all other things are good.

Location of the hotel is the only thing that is good, rest others are nil. Room servicing was extremely worst. We will never recommend. Pricing doesn't justify for the service and the exprience that was provided.

This Hotel is located at a very convenient place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The main USP of this hotel is that it is very reasonably priced. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, very nicely and tastefully done. The room was replete with electric kettle, tea bags and all the other things that were required. The suite had separate areas for seating, beds and dressing. The seating area and the bed room had LED tv's each. The restaurant is pretty good and serves a wide variety of dishes. Pretty great an experience all in all.

Rooms were very good and hygiene. Good staff and they also have there own restaurant in the ground floor but if you order something to eat they take to much time as because they serve you fresh and hot meals. Must visit
