Hotel Royal Palace

Very bad service provided n the rooms were so Dusty didn't clean . Please improve it .

I won't suggest anyone to saty even a single day in this hotel even for a night. Its my fifth day staying in this hotel an I'm really much disappointed with the staff an the services they provide. There is nt even a small respect for the customers . I'm nt able to upload photos or else i would have uploaded some photos which would clarify my comment ....For name sake its called Royal Palace but if u stay here for a night u would know that the service of the staff provided in a 500rs lodge is much more better than this Royal hotel

Very disappointed.. The room was full of dust the washroom and dusbin wasn't clean when we arrived. non AC single room of rs 800 and also we got torn blanket with holes in bed sheets too. I requested them To change my bed sheets into new 1 for couple of times but they said they don't have extra Just no comments. No really recommended.

It's just walkable from Rly Station, for halt you stay over if you are looking for room within 1000/1500. Bathroom or Room aren't that great, but okay to halt for a stay over.

Who needs rooms under 1000, this hotel is ok. You can spend the night with a bed and a bathroom. No Bathroom soap, no towels.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Located nearby the only railway station in Nagaland. The amenities and fooding are ok but not upto my expectation. There's lots of things to be improved.

The only good thing about this place is that it is close to railway station. Services are pathetic. The name (Hotel Royal Palace) and the services provided do not match at all. If hygiene (cleanliness) is your priority, you should not come here.

Very nice hotel The best thing about this hotel is that this is very close to dimapur railway station and the staff is very good and humble...... this hotel is such a nice hotel
