Hotel Ritz

Restaurant was quite good. In veg option loved their paneer butter masala (surprisingly good spicy). We'd that and dalmakhani and jeera rice.

Compared to other places it's abit expensive. Inspite of charging high rate, they don't provide any basic need. Like soap, shampoo, toothpaste etc. Where other hotel with lesser price provide at least all those basic need. With that rate I could suggest to look out for other better service providers

Poorest old broken stinking hotel rooms.Bathroom dont have flush neither soap case or hot water. Charge for extra person is equal to single room tariff. Very Over priced hotel. Only staffs are good but this cannot compensate your stay in Aizawl.Fan shake like they will fall on you anytime. & Worst of all is that the ventilators in the bathroom are broken & people from other building keep peeping. PS: Owner is requested to turn the hotel into a museum or Govt office.

The property is located at rail gate colony, 350 metres away from railway station and 300 metres from bus stand golaghat road. There's also an auto stand opposite to it. Overall the location is pretty convenient. The room (single occupancy) I was given was neat and clean including the sheets and towel. There is a TV which only has gospel channels. A cupboard too. The bathroom is big and equipped. The toilet had guthka spits over it and no tissues. The room service is sort of ok. I noticed that the hotel is somewhat understaffed so the room service guy intentionally keeps the phone busy (check pic). There's a waiting room for guests. The restaurant offers india and continental food. Overall an ok place for rail and bus commuters owing to its location. 1000rs for an ac single room so nothing much to complain.

It provides both lodging and fooding, and also has a good parking lot inside the compound.. I never actually personally experienced any lodging service from the hotel but I do had a cup of tea or rice from it's restaurant on the ground floor once or twice.. I didn't you really like the food though but it also got some other food restaurant on the ground floor where food is really awesome like mom's kitchen ...

Worst hotel. We checked in at 10:30pm and checked out in 30 minutes. No windows, very congested. Only good thing is they have good parking space.

Little bit expensive then other hotels but the service and rooms are nice.

Hospitality A1,room service A1,hotel service 24*7 , cleanliness A1. There'll be no regrets but you'll be regret it if you don't stay at hotel Ritz. No other hotel is find like hotel Ritz that's why I recommend to stay at hotel Ritz to every customers. Thankyou
