Room service sucks along with food... Too arrogant and manerless room service ever met.. those tv were just for show n don't question about that from room service..I did n I was pinned down by the reply.. too arrogant. Never ever visit again. Soory

The amenities and facilities was good no comments about it, but customer service is very poor, they don't treat us well , make us feel like unwelcome and unwanted guest.. need to worrk on customer service, very poor..

The room service was not good. Good food. Would be better if you can provide current and water for 24/7, that's what most customers look for.

The facilities is pretty much bad & even the room charge cost 1200 for single bed as i have been into some other lodge like cm hotel & Ngovi guest house they have the better facilities and charges only 800 per day , atleast even if the food & servings are bad rooms should be well & the room I stayed was even the pillows were dirty without washed im so sorry but I wont recommend it to others until & unless its an emergency stay , its a big lodge it should be maintained properly

Went to the restaurant 27 Dec 2021; ordered chicken and pork chow. Very good experience. The tea was excellent! Hope they give the cook a good raise.
