Hotel Jal Mahal

visited last year for a week and this time i was there for a long 2 weeks stay... what made me comeback was the incredible staff they have....- i was impressed by Naomi's professionalism, friendliness at the reception, and willingness to go above and beyond. she efficiently handled my requests and made my 2 weeks stay seamless and enjoyable....also in the restaurant..Ashi and Lika were so attentive and friendly, best of the service!..i was in room 206...and there was a housekeeping lady from assam...one of the best...very hardworking...last to mention is the room service guy from assam..jus a amazing lad....plz convey my thank u to them..

except the lady receptionist (take advantage of customer)who charged me Rs 680 over two cups of tea and a two cheese sandwich on 5th April 2025 otherwise hotel is in good location ,very comfortable and affordable price. I recommend

I had the worst experience at this hotel and would strongly advise against staying here. The staff is unhelpful and the overall security is very poor. During my stay, there was an incident where people entered the hotel, stole my mobile phone, gold, and money, and assaulted me. When I asked for help from the receptionist, I was told to go outside and resolve it myself. This lack of support is unacceptable. I urge everyone to avoid this hotel and the Dimapur area.

Service is good, location is perfect as it is 100 mtrs away from Dimapur Railway Station. Just an advice, you need to upgrade your room standards. May be the budgetary constraints, but the staff is humble

The room and service is good but jal mahal should really work on their hygiene. I throw up by the smell of the plate. I was wondering where was that smell coming from and realised it was coming from the plate. it was kind of dog smell. I thought they gave me dog plate.

Visit this place if you are in need of a parking space in Dimapur. Otherwise, the service from staff and the response is not very good. Especially the people from their restaurant have some unwanted attitude towards the customers (but not all).

Very comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and responsive. Rooms are very clean and fresh. Food quality is also too good. I recommend the hotel for travellers as the tariff is also pocket friendly.

As always..... experience was good.....I am frequent visitor so I always prefer this Hotel
