Hotel Crown

The Hotel crown is situated at the end of Chumukidema Road. Room is good but facilities and service is horrible. Believe me there is no water in the hotel, the problem is not for one time, it happened continuous for two days. I went petrol pump for using washroom. More importantly there is no geyser in single room and the water is too cold. If you order food they will take 1.5 hrs to deliver, sometimes they may forget also. But timing of check out is perfect and they won't compromise for one hour also. Don't waste 1000 Rs per day .. better stay with other hotels with extra Rs. 200 or 300. Room is good and furniture is good. Electricity issue also there. Water is a basic need..if you can't fresh up, then how will you enjoy the trip... think about it. I don't have any fight or misunderstanding with them. This is a genuine post

Cons: Worst experience bedroom is too smelish due to the previous customer smoking. Call service didn't respond for many times moreover , No complimentary breakfast after payment Rs 1000 for non-AC one room. Morning breakfast serve after 7 am is hilarious! They didn't work activity for 7/24 hours. Pros: Room furniture is good with good bathroom facility. A Local guy server is polite

Due to electricity excuse no warm water available for both days inspite of request to serve one bucket which may be served using LPG.... Further nothing complimentary even a single bottle of water. No self service like RO water. Also room shown is different than the room key given. Bedsheet etc not changed after previous customer left. Overall no hospitality

Some items are in the menu but they don't serve. Tea is not available in the evening. You can order outside food. I used Zomato for this. Daal Fry is good. Rooms are good everything this is fine. Toilets are well maintained. Electricity problem is there but some lights always on May be due to inverter.

All Staffs are very responsive and friendly. Room are neat & clean. One of the best hotel in Nagaland under this price range. I will give 5 stars.

It was my 1st visit in Dimapur the hotel i experience was very good,the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and all the staff was amazing specially Mr Alam the manager of this hotel.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone.(Iba Shillong)

My personal experience at Hotel Crown was too good. The room, food, staffs everything was beyond expectations. And thank you Mr. Allem (Manager) for everything. Looking forward to visit soon again.

One of the best budget hotel in dimapur. Overall Manager sir alem and all the staff very friendly and excellent service ... visit only for one day but it feels like home..Nice rooms.. we really had a wonderful time..
