ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD AND LOCATION ALSO FANTASTIC.Very Pathetic Service........

Of all the hotels I had stayed,one of the worst experience I had in this hotel. Did check in & wanted to take a warm bath before dinner since it was in winter but found out that the geysers weren't functioning plus there was no light in the washroom. Waited almost for two hours for the current to come but nothing at all. Had a talk with one lady who seems to be the proprietor asking about the inconvenience in the room & she replied saying "dimapur te light piya ase, olop biche de ahibo"we waited & there was no current in the room the whole night.. We were there as customers, this kind of service is not what we pay for. Thank you

Went there a few times, It looks like a nice place to have a cup of coffee but I had one of the worst service experiences. I ordered for two coffees without sugar but they made them sweet. I told them that I had ordered coffees without sugar so please replace them. They brought back rest of my order and the coffees remained as they were on the table getting cold. Later I asked the waitress to take them and get me two coffees without sugar. She said that they had not put sugar in the coffee. Since the coffees were still there, I asked her to taste it and see for herself. She took the coffee back and after a while got two cups of coffees which were not the coffees they usually serve. I asked why have they given me these coffees and not the regular ones. They said next time they will give me better ones. I walked up to the owner and tried to speak with her, she didn't even respond to what I was saying and said to the waiter take the money and just ignored me. I felt insulted. I paid for the coffee I never had. That was the most pathetic experience I had in Nagaland. One of the worst service experience of my life. Never going back to that place.

The check out time is obviously a scam... They don't charge you half day or per hourly they just charge for the whole day.... And the room they gave was not even sound proof ... Whole night whole day car noises!

Visiting for the 2nd time today I've have a bad experience. I ordered Chicken Chilly and the chicken pieces were not fresh, seems like kept it for 2 or 3 days doesn't taste good and smells bad ...

I stayed at the Highway lodge from 11December 2019 to 1Jan 2020. I found the service to be more than adequate. I was especially impressed by the house keeper Naro who came in during her Christmas holiday to clean my room and do may laundry. I felt that the staff was there to take care of me and they did that and more. I will definitely plan on staying here on my next trip to Chumukadema.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Wonderful people, amazing service. The rooms are very good, clean and spacious. Food is amazing, be it local or other cuisine. Would definitely stay again and would strongly recommend it anyone visiting Dimapur/Chumukedima.

Loved the chicken Momo which I just ate,very soft tender also the fillings just right(Fine quality).Good place to hang out with friends and family..Place is open from 9 am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday. I Recommend this Friendly Restaurant if ur at Chumukedima.Location Joyce Complex.
