Good rooms with equilibrium prices (not too expensive in comparison to what they are providing)...just a little far from railway station Other than that the location is good.

De oriental dream seems at the begining quite ok and clean. For a normal double room you pay 1100 rupies. But the staff is really strange and not very helpfull. They can't tell you when the buses are leaving or explain how to get to the bus station properly.|| The wifi only worked in the lobby because they didn't reset the rooter on the other floors. When we asked them too they refused and so we reseted the rooter on our own. The "Restaurant" we red so much of is just a normal room with tabels an chairs and there is nobody and if you order it is the same like roomservice. So best to order to your room. The food is quite good!

It's a real struggle to find anything close to decent in Dimapur.||||De Oriental Dream isn't a bad deal at 1200 INR a night for an air conditioned room, once you have conditioned your expectations.||||Room had 2 single beds, a very loud air-con unit and an overhead fan. During the frequent power-breaks the air-con would stop but the overhead fan would continue on generator power.||||Bathroom was adequate, good hot water.||||Room could have been cleaner: dusty floors.||||No real restaurant as such, but meals were served without a problem via room service. Food was acceptable enough.||||Wifi only available in the lobby.||||Given the lack of alternatives I would probably stay here again on any future visit.

The room floor seems to be dusty, the walls we're covered with spit, the bedsheet was dirty, the blanket stinks and the washroom sucks, the geyser doesn't work either. I am not criticizing but just giving an honest review.

It was with great reluctance that i checked into this hotel... and honestly never felt so great abiut being wrong. It is a good hotel in Dimapur. The rooms specially are good and spacious. Food is good. Their fruit salad with cream is a must have. However one problem o faced is that, their restaurant closes too early, at around 7 if i remember clearly

Stayed couple of nights in a small room with two beds, very limited power access facilities, no internet, a tiny bathroom with basic shower area that splashes water all over and a toilet tucked too close to bathing spot. The room is fitted with a window AC and a TV with limited channels provide entertainment. Frequent power outages and delayed switch over to captive power leaves one disappointed. The hotel has a dial in service for food that is served in a make shift restaurant with just two tables in an upper floor. Cooks are friendly and helpful- that compensates this deficiency. Over all the hotel is fine as there seem to be no other better choice in this city. however if any hotel chain with budget segment in mind is looking for a suitable location, they will hit a gold mine if a decent hotel is set up in Dimapur.

It was okay for it's price. But the staff is very lazy when it comes to room service. Also they lock their gates and sleep. So beware if you plan on hitting the night life. Cause Dimapur does have go places to be at even after 12am
