Overall, the guest house exceeded expectations and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and relaxing getaway.

I'm going to give this hotel one star. First, we booked a room and I told the manager we would arrive at 5 am, but the gate still hadn't opened at 5 am. Secondly, we had paid for a five-day stay as paying guests, and on the fifth day the manager asked us to leave before 12 pm or else they would charge extra money. This is not acceptable behavior from a hotel manager or paying guest manager. It is important for hotels to be respectful of their guests and to provide them with the best possible service. It is not appropriate to ask guests to leave before their scheduled departure time, especially if they have already paid for their stay. If the hotel or paying guest needs to make changes to the guest's stay, they should communicate this in advance, but they didn't tell us in advance. Additionally, the hotel should not threaten to charge extra money if the guest does not comply with their request. This is not only unprofessional, but it could also be seen as a form of extortion. Thirdly, the accommodation was poor and the bathroom was dirty and the room was not well-maintained. Overall, my experience at this hotel was not good. The accommodation was poor, and the manager was not accommodating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were polite and efficient and places was good, also the prices were budget friendly. You can work on fooding section apart from food the overall experience was really great. If you also need calm and less noisy neighborhood then this place is good.

*Looks pretty nice from the outside. But getting inside it was pretty disappointing. *No proper maintenance. *Doors and rooms are rusty. *No chairs inside room. *Tables in rooms were out of date and old. *Mattresses were pretty thin and little hard. *I took AC room but the AC was like on and off. Will blow for some minutes and be off again. It continued like that on and off the whole night. *Prices of foods are on the higher end where even a plate of Puri cost 70/- and pork thali cost 300/- *I ordered chicken fried rice....but the food had some odour like the rice wasn't washed or cleaned before cooking. *The only pros i should say is the decent room tariff and decent space availablefor parking. It's pocket friendly. Just needs some little maintenance.

I've had a good time there in 2023 the location is situated in a very safe place n the rooms were so clean n not forgetting the room service where the workers out there are so well discipline.

Had a great stay with uncompromised hospitality. Mr Wanyei went beyond his responsibility to give us the best stay experience in Dimapur and also introduced us to important establishments of the place. The guesthouse is easy to locate with a serene surrounding. P.S. for anyone planning a Dzukou valley trek - best halt near Dimapur railway station.

A nice place far away from noisy area, a good place to take kids, I had a pleasant stay here, service is also good with secure car parking
