Astral Hotel and Lounge

I recently stayed at Hotel Astral and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. The check-in process was seamless, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The issue with this hotel is the noise and unprofessional staff. I asked the staff about 20 times to stop playing videos and music on their phones on loudspeaker in the reception area and corridor -- for 3 days they kept doing it, ignoring my simple request, which is borderling disrespectful. I'm quite shocked at such behaviour. If staff MUST watch videos and listen to music at work (which I don't see as necessary), then why not use headphones, instead of inconveniencing guests? It's crazy. The bedroom doors are badly designed, they have no sound insulation, and sadly the staff have no concept of noise control. The hotel is simply too noisy to get a good night's sleep. The staff need training properly to ensure that the corridors and reception area remain quiet, especially early in the morning. There's a general lack of professionalism in this hotel, with a so-called "manager" who is never on site and ignores calls and texts, and even provides contradictory information about room pricing and availability... On the positive side, the rooms are clean and the food is good; and the staff is well-intentioned, albeit very careless. If they learn to maintain a quiet environment and if the owner of the hotel installed proper doors with some sound insulation, this would be a good place to stay. But the lack of professionalism here is disastrous. Unless management responds to my complaints and takes action, I won't be staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience at Astral Hotel. The hygiene was top-notch, and everything was kept spotless. The food was delicious, well-portioned, and satisfying. Plus, the location is perfect and convenient. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!!

Location is very convenient. Rooms are hygienic and big. Very affordable. I had garlic naan with butter chicken and it was authentic and delicious. Had a lovely stay

The food was really good. We ordered baby corn, noodles and paneer tikka. But the lounge was very dimly lit. So one star less. We had to use our mobile torch to see the menu. The entrance is beautiful but I would recommend the management to lit up the restaurant area so that ambience gets better. The owner gave us a tour of the lodging sections. Rooms were clean and spacious, at very good tariffs. We have already recommended many of our friends and relatives for the food. Just maintain the taste and improve the lounge lights.

First of all, I woke up numeral times to loud noises. Those noise were not by the guest, but the unprofessional staffs. If the rooms could have noise cancellation doors or walls, it would have be soo much better. Second of all, wash rooms. They were a NO for me. The double bed room was the worst. It had no room slippers, water for toilet always ran out pluss the drainage got blocked. Overall if these two problems could be fixed, it would be much2 better. Hope this helped.

This is one of the best hotel I have experienced in North East India. The foods are great and the hospitality is awesome
