Aiers Enclave Guest House

Perfect Location. Tucked away from the traffic and there is privacy. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. It's the first boutique hotel that opened in Dimapur. Very homely, cheerful staff and wonderful owner if you get to meet her, Temjenkala. Food is amazing! They moved their restaurant Called "Aiers Eatery" to the Guest House.

Very hospitable and personal. The owner had catered our needs by tailor-made! Excellent cup of tea and food. The outlook is very pretty, and inside has a warm and cheerful atmosphere. Above all, it is very spacious, and there is enough room to gather and chat for a small group, which is extremely useful for us. Totally recommended. Would love to come back ... not that city but Aier's Enclave Homestay!

I had the absolute pleasure of being the first official guest to stay in this lovely Farm overlooking the Patkai Range. From the moment you enter the place, you're tele-ported to another world which leads to a sense of awe. ||||Nestled in the dust and stomach churning roads comes a relief which provides instant calmness to the mind and the body. The bridge over the canal leads the way toward a more homely yet||sophisticated and equipped with all the luxurious Home. They have all the food items that you need grown in the Farm - Banana, mango, Beetle Nut, Coconut, Cheeku, Tez Patta( Bay Leaf), Clove Tree, Radish, Lettuce, Vegetables etc etc. This property is a Home cum Villa Cum Palace cum ........ etc. I hope you get the image. ||||It was a great pleasure to stay and interact with the owners and make an everlasting bond with them. Aiers is pretty much the most comfortable option on offer in Dimapur, but that isn't saying much. Rooms are big and adequately equipped - TV, tea coffee maker and spotless bathrooms, while service is friendly. Food options are a bit limited, but fairly decent. However, and the wi-fi is almost always down. Plus, its a bit far from the airport. This isn't much of an issue as Dimapur's a small town, but it took me 45 minutes to get here after I got held up in a long jam. All said and done, this is the best business option in town, and if I return, it'll be to this place.

I was very pleased with my choice of accommodation, (made on the strength of Tripadvisor reviews), for my first visit to Dimapur, the tranquillity was just such a welcome surprise. The staff were all so caring, helpful & happy, it was truly a very pleasurable experience. I had no hesitation whatsoever in returning to Aiers Enclave for another short stay after spending a couple of nights away in Kohima.

I have stayed here on more than one occasion and it is one of the best, if not the best place to stay in Dimapur. Its is expensinsive by Dimapur standards but not by western price standards so consider it unless the price is beyond you. Clean tidy, quiet, personal, a real retreat away from the dust and dirt of Dimapur. good bathrooms and facilities better than an average Dimapur hotel. Restful place to withdraw to and away from major traffic and noise at night

Nice place to stay, nice Banglow. Nice environment. Near Lafalama, a charch( which earlier was a femous cinema hall) it very attractive to see. Any one will feel pleasure to stay here. Situated in a Less noisy area. Ideal for small function.

Up a side street this hotel is a little oasis. There is private parking. There is no booze licence, but they were OK with us buying stuff outside and drinking it there. The room was quite large, there is a private bathroom and the food is good.|We had a bunch of laughs in the common room, which has a funky decor of geometrical wooden shapes and odd mementoes on the walls.|Almost as important is that the wifi worked fine!
