Citrine hotel

It was good for an overnight transit stop at Dimapur. Front office staff were very courteous. It'll be great if the skills of room service and housekeeping staff are upgraded.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I felt an overwhelming sense of discomfort and intrusion. Each time I entered or exited, the staff bombarded me with questions, making me feel like a suspect rather than a guest. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived,deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and hospitality.

Pathetic hotel .... it is by far the worst hotel to stay. I stay with 2000 as room fare. But they charge me extra 1800/- as the bedsheet catchs little tint from my lipbalm. And the stain is easily removable by even gentle wash. But they force me to pay extra 1800/- ...worst survice. I will never gonna stay in that hotel ever again. Never gonna recommend anyone to stay there. Also the location is way too dirty. Better to stay on the highway side near airport where there is more facility and cleanliness. My one star is even too much for this hotel. Looter hotel.

The staff where incredibly welcome and helpful The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect...

On reaching the destination, they had already given my room to someone else which I had booked and paid in full. And said it won't be refunded though I didn't cancel my booking. They asked me to add extra money for another room. Long story short: Horrible experience and the good reviews are from their own staffs lmfao (almost) . The only good thing is it looks good if not one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. THANK YOU!

I stayed for 3 nights in Hotel citrine and it was awesome the rooms was clean and food was awesome so far the best.. will visit again with family... see you citrine family

Firstly judged as average before landing there but when late night I entered warmly welcomed by staff in so nice way really heartful. Every guy there r just so nice and with soft personality. I love that 5*. Hotel Location is near to railway station dimapur junction. Market and all big food brands r very near and accessible. Don't go for taxi or auto simply walk and enjoy the local cuisine and pedestrian walk.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. The room was beautifully furnished, The amenities provided were Top Notch "My stay at the hotel was awesome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room eco suit was cozy and clean, the bathroom was clean and hygiene. The location was perfect, and the food at the hotel was delicious the price were okay. I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
