Tourist Lodge, Thenzawl

Nice place. It is just by the road a few kilometres before Thanzwal town. It has comfy rooms, good food and helpfull staff. Recommended for all for stay in Thanzwal.

This is a good place to stay at a reasonable cost in Thenzawl. There are different categories of rooms and cottages available here. It is preferred to book online through the Mizoram tourism website. Because many times rooms may not be available on arrival. The rooms are good and the ambiance is beautiful. The food variety is limited but hygienic. The staff are kind and cooperative. A large ground is also there of vehicles parking.

One of the lodge maintained by government of Mizoram, rooms are clean. I got the opportunity to stay once but I do take a tea break at thenzawl and have puri sabji, omelette and tea.

Excellent value for money. Online reservations are available. Expect a modest location to stay rather than lavishness. The hotel staff speaks English, which is useful for travelers. Breakfast and dinner must be pre-ordered. Located directly on the roadway connecting Aizawl, Thenzawl, and Lunglei. The food is excellent. There is an option for online payment. The aesthetics and surroundings are flawless. It is a must-stop if you are visiting Vantawang waterfalls. Lovely views and a cozy location to stay.

Nice tourist lodge here in Thenzawl. Rooms and washroom are very cleaned. Good foods and hospitality was very good. Kindly please repair the door locks and in rooms please provide fans, and t.v. too. Because as tourist we want to see some movies or videos in t.v.

Room condition was ok for the price,no geyser/hot water in the cabin ,you can get 3 beds rs 800 ,if you can afford stay in someplace else if you want more comfortable stay
