Tourist Lodge, Lawngtlai

Very nice place with a very nice view of the top hill. Hotel facing Sunset view.

Service with a smile from the administrator to support staff. Clean rooms, good ventilation. Great location at top of hill. Clean air. Private balcony with nearby hills view. Incessant melody of birds. Sky gazing with no light pollution, on cloud free days amazing star studded sky view. Power cuts don't bother anymore here as one will get cool natural breeze. Excellent place for digital detox & rejuvenation. Thanks to Jennifer, Peter , Rela, Elizabeth and team.

Nice place for lodging. We've reached the lodge as late as 02:00am in the morning. The staff who sleep on the counter woke up and welcome us with a warm smile. We feel so welcomed and at home at the same time. The food is also nice. It's located nearby DC Office. The rate is quite high compared to other cities in India. But here in Mizoram, most of everything expentive than other states in India. But still we have to reside and dwelled no matter how we hate it, it's still our mothers Land.

The Lodge is renovated and given a new look. Being perched on a hilltop, offers beautiful views of the Kaladan Road on one side and Lawngtlai town on the other side. Fresh air, soothing sounds of breezes, birds and insects are rejuvinating the mind of a weary lodger.

Good hotel in Lawngtalairun by the government. You don't have much choice in the smaller towns of Mizoram to use these tourist lodges, generally basic but comfortable conditions.

Nice place to stay located right next to the DC Office. Located right at the top of the hill with clear views and nice ventilation. The caretaker is polite and dinner is available.

Considering the remoteness of this location,the lodge is quite decent. In deluxe category, bed room and day room are separated.Rooms and bathroom are clean. However the walls of my room was screaming for renovation when I stayed there. Fooding is also available on pre-order basis and quality of food is far better than that of many good restaurants of Aizawl.One night in deluxe room will cost 1500/- INR. Double bed rooms and single bed room are also available which will make you pay 600/- and 500/- respectively.For booking one has to call the caretaker and booking cannot be done online as of now.

At top of the hill... peaceful place you can enjoy here alot. Combination of cool breeze and sun rays in the morning is the best of my visit
