Tourist Lodge

I stay at this place along with my two friends as we drove down from Aizawl as representatives of the Mizoram Football Association to observe the election of their district Football Association . Though it was booked officially there was nothing much to expect. Firstly there was no one to receive us and room service ahh... Nothing for that day. So all we did was sleep and rest was at other private restaurants. Get prepared for all expectations .

I Stayed at this hotel for two days. Economical hotel with basic stuffs. Rooms and bathrooms were not very clean and maintained properly, food is the biggest problem for peoples outside Mizoram. The Service was okay okay.

Kolasib is almost 90 KM away from Aizawl, towards silchar. I rode from Tamdil and as I wanted to ride the most I can I didn't stop at Aizawl and rode upto Kolasib. I knew about the existence of Tourist lodge in Kolasib. around 2 KM away from main road this Lodge is situated. Enough Parking area, huge number of rooms and restaurant is available, but the condition of the rooms were really bad. It needs urgent renovation.

As the name suggests more of a lodge than a hotel. Its a budgeted place with basic amenities. Rooms were okish and not that well maintained could have been more better maintained. Parking space was very good.

kolasib is not a very good hotel to stay but its a money friendly hotel. infrastructure is not so good. rooms are neat and clean also ambience is good. staff is very friendly. food is good. facilities are average.

actually i went to there for mainly office tour,i love this place,because of calm and clean place .but this hotel was not so good but just okay for living.foods was good,they let me taste various kind of their local food.

No food service and no Room Service.. only self service, Though the Room rent ranges from Rs 500 to Rs 700

No hygiene.. no hot water for bath.. no any kind of room service... Only thing u get is bad and blanket like u get in 3AC railway.
