Zamzo Grill & Kitchen Restaurant (Hotel Floria)

Located on the second floor of Hotel Florida, overlooking the busy road outside. The prices are high but the food makes up for the high price. The place is big with lots of table for dozens of customers. The dining area, the walls and restroom were all nice and clean, with different types of paintings on the walls and even in the restroom. The prices here are high starting from 180 to as high as 2800, you can book a reservation here although you'll need to go to the place beforehand and the food especially the dessert tastes great. Although for its price I expected a bit more, the waiters were easy to talk to, answering any questions with ease. The place is a bit empty without much aesthetic, the windows were dirty which was disappointing, price is high and the food is good, I would recommend this place if you have money you want to spend for good food.

Made me wait for more than an hour in the lobby as their internet was bad. Very arrogant and stupid owner having zero business sense. Owner badly misbehaved on complaining about excessive wait time. However Staff was cooperative. Would not stay at this place on my next visit for sure. A huge thumbs down from my side.||Charges a lot for basic amenities and simple room. Located next to road so noisy. Furniture, bath fittings old. Poor wifi. In short horrible experience. I wonder how this hotel is still running.

Impressed since I had booked the hotel. Instantly received a computer generated sms of booking. Never expected. Once I checked in. My room number, wi fi password has been send to my number. Nicely maintained room, highly professional, courteous reception personnel. Overall great experience in the beautiful far east part of India. Aizwal is nice.

It is very comfortable hotel with the most courteous staff. Goes extra mile to help the guests. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I got room facing bazaar. It was good to see how the city would wake up and people doing their daily chores. The hotel is located at main bada bazaar. Food is also good.

Great Hotel. Half the rooms have lovely views of the hills and the quaint town. All rooms furnished with taste and all systems working. Special appreciation for the very cheerful, pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant food and service is also excellent. Recommended unhesitatingly.

Great food here. Had eaten here 2 years ago and didnt find it good at all. But tonight was a revelation. All the food we ordered was prepared beautifully. From the pork ribs to the sizzler, drums of heaven and the crispy potatoes. They were all delicious. Although the fare is a bit on the higher side, it was definitely worth it. Will be visiting again very soon

One of the finest Hotel in the city. The room service is good. The food taste good. Cleanliness is properly maintained. The staff are cherfull. The location is just right. The room is comfortable. Public transport - Taxi is easily available. Everything is just nearby...It is in the hub of the city.

Location- The rooms on the side of the ridge had great views and one could enjoy the sunrise sitting on the bed. Cleanliness- Everything was spic & span including the bathrooms, hotel lobby, the bathing towels. Food- Great taste though a very selective menu. Concierge- Gave no reason for complain and were prompt in arranging car services too. What's more any visitor can expect! You can keep this hotel in check if you ever visit Aizawl!
