The Lushai INN

Great room service. Hassle free experience on the staff. But horrible network coverage and wifi was not working during the entire duration of stay. Food is average. Room is above average (for the price), in my opinion it could be a bit cheaper like 100 to 200 cheaper to be reasonable. Garage is available for one car and two motorcycles. I hope the wifi is working next time so I can give 5 stars. Location is at the heart of the city so it is very convenient to reach important places and offices for business and and other trips. Garage is at ground floor, reception / lobby at first floor. The rooms begin at the second floor and elevator is available from the 3rd floor onwards and above. Staff are very understanding and courteous.

Nice roof top restaurant, clean and they don't serve beef . Staff are nice and the view at night is excellent. The linen are clean, and food is to Indian taste . We could enjoy vegetable dishes here which is a big problem in this town. For Indian Food this is a good choice

Good service,Kettle was given on request for a standard double room.The view from the passage in the morning( at the fourth floor) is worth it. Location close to Red pepper, shopping area... They have their kitchen too.So,can order too..

The location, service and rooms are okay. But had faced trouble with the food. The staffs are friendly but the rooms are not well maintained. Bathrooms are also not well planned. Average experience last time, hoping for better experience next time. But the view from the roof top is awesome .

We stayed at Lushai Inn on 16/08/24, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The hotel offered two room options: a standard double room without an attached bathroom for 3000 and a family room for 3800 but got it for 3500, which we opted for. The family room ( Room 404 ) was shockingly tiny, unhygienic, and lacked basic amenities like a water bottle. The bed was covered in full of fungus, and the AC didn't work, causing us to suffer from allergies and sneezing all night. Breakfast was another disappointment--there were only two options: either two slices of bread with an omelet or puri with sabji, both of which were pathetic. They also advertised the room as having a "valley view," but all we could see from the window was an ongoing construction site.If you're thinking of staying here, I strongly recommend visiting the hotel first to check the rooms and facilities before making a booking.

Need improvement in rooms and amenities. Free Breakfast chart should be removed to daily available breakfast as per the cook choices...chalti ka Naam gari attitude...good memories stay forever... Thanks for the accommodation...
