The 1998 Homestay

The best place to stay in Aizawl by a mile. Solomon takes care of the Homestay accompanied by his friendly staff and yeah, the view from 1998, is one of the best views you can get in Aizawl. Worth every single penny.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The host Solomon was also very nice and always available. He helped us out all the time and even recommended us places to visit. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast provided was also healthy. Definitely going to stay at 1998 Homestay whenever I go to Aizawl.

Stayed here in December 2021. The homestay is clean and well equipped, and has a fantastic view from the terrace. Solomon was a great host and always prompt to help out with everything. The location was convenient - next to a lot of good shops and restaurants, and a short walk from the main market road. No complaints, would stay here again whenever I get the chance to revisit Aizawl.

Best view you would ask for at Aizawl. The staff is friendly and understanding. You get kitchen with special equipments as per your needs. If you are planning for Mizoram you now know where you hit the search button in your Google maps. Enjoy.

I've been stayed from 6/1/20-9/1/20, the room was clean and hygienic, i have had a comfortable to stay during the period of my stayed. The location was a the middle of the city, it is very easy to work in a different ways.All the staff are friendly and helpful. And for the additional point the room rent was cheaper than other hotel..... Overall i'm happy to stay with it.

Had a pleasant stay. Cozy place.. comfortable stay.. very clean and hygienic.. most importantly the location is awesome located in the heart of the. City from where you will have the pleasure of sunrise from the terrace. I will stay there in my every tour to Aizawl.
