HOTEL VITE By Naman Hotellerie

The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms look slightly different from the images but still good enough, however, we really struggled with keeping the right temperature in the room. We could only have the heating on which was definitely not needed, and even without the heating the room was still too hot (in March). So we had to keep the windows open but it was too loud outside so we didn't sleep properly for the whole period of our stay. Other than that they offered some free coffee and pastries which is a nice gesture (we didn't have them so not sure about the quality). Overall, sleeping can be a problem but the location is really perfect so depends what you want to spend your money on.

An excellent experience between a great location in the heart of the city and a cool stay in a renovated old building. I highly recommend it if you have a two day trip to Rome and don't want to miss a landmark because of the distance. Will also save the hustle of using metro and caps.

On the day of my stay I went to the reception to try an early check in. They said it wouldn't be possible and kept my luggage until check in time. For my surprise, when I got back they said they didn't have a room for me and would put me somewhere else (of course a terrible place was suggested). I was told that this is a common practice there and now, looking at other reviews there are similar situations as mine. They claim they had to cancel due to a "leaking" problem. Funny enough, it was a super busy day for hotels in Rome... The hotel also had a computer hacking problem and I had people contacting me through email and WhatsApp asking for me to pay the reservation again. Apparently a lot of people did pay twice. On the positive side, the manager (a lady I forgot the name) was super helpful and nice. And my money was returned so THANKS to her!

Eduardo and Adriano were fantastic. So helpful and courteous. The family room was very spacious and quiet. Location right be Via Corso is phenomenal. Very recommended lodging option.

Iwant to point out only two things that i think will improve the stay. The lack of even a basic breakfast, as it was in our previous stay 3 years ago. And finally the not so good choice for a bathroom door with glass, which did not close very well and of course does not isolate any noise....! at least in our room 103. Thank you very much. Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Rome, Rooms are basic but have all you need for a short break. Small breakfast area with coffee machine and pastries. Not sure if you need to book breakfast as there is a nice cafe with outside seating next to the hotel. Trevi fountain and Spanish steps 5mins away. Colosseum 25 mins walk. Perfect location. Good tip download FREENOW app for taxi, it's like the Uber app most of the taxis are electric.

**Disappointing Stay** I recently stayed at hotel Vite for three nights and had a rather disappointing experience. On the second night, the owner or employee in the evening was extremely noisy and not respectful of the clients. This lack of consideration made it difficult to relax, and I had to mention the noise issue to get any rest. Furthermore, the receptionist's behavior this morning was unprofessional. When I was leaving, I asked if I can make coffee at the coffee machine, seeing that he had just made one a minute earlier. To my surprise, he refused, which I found quite rude and unaccommodating. The rooms were average at best. There was no discretion, and I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which significantly disrupted my stay. Considering the price I paid, I expected a much higher level of service and comfort. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its price point or my expectations. The lack of professionalism and attention to customer comfort made my stay far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel to others seeking a pleasant and restful stay in Rome.

This hotel has recently changed management and the transformation is incredible! The entire place has been beautifully renovated, and everything looks fresh and modern. The rooms are stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and always available to help with any request. The location couldn't be more perfect - just a few steps from Piazza Venezia and the Pantheon, making it super central for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome, I'll definitely be returning!
