Excellent experience! Outside the busy city, peaceful environment, quality furnishings and common areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Francesco at the front desk was particularly helpful. The included breakfast was well worth it. My husband had a salmon, mushroom, and cream cheese omelet every day. They were also very welcoming of our small dog Nikki.And best recommendation for hair salon better than Newport beach California and NYC. Will come back! Thank you,Ciao

Stayed here for two nights on our road trip through Italy and were very happy with our stay. We had an apartment, which is in a separate building across the parking lot, but that worked out well. The apartment were really nice and had everything we needed. The hotel's location is a bit on the outskirts of town (but close to the central station), so it's a bit of a walk to the city and decent restaurants, which can be an issue as taxi isn't the easiest in Bari (especially not back from town). ||The main reason for us to book the hotel though, was that it is one of the fewer hotels in Italy that has their outdoor pool open in April. They did though and the pool area was great. The pool is large with really refreshing water. Therefore we had a really nice stay here and it checked all our boxes.

I couldn't be more impressed with this hotel. The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the exceptional staff that truly made my stay memorable. The housekeeping team was diligent and efficient, ensuring our room was spotless each day. It was the culinary talents of Chef Silvana that stole the show. As a vegetarian, I was initially unsure about the breakfast options, but Silvana quickly put my mind at ease. Every morning, she greeted me with a warm smile and prepared a delicious and personalized vegetarian breakfast. Her passion and dedication to her craft were evident in every dish. The warmth with which she prepared everything touched my soul. Silvana - I will never forget you. Thank you for making our stay special here. If you're considering staying here, I highly recommend doing so. But don't forget to say hello to Silvana. She is a true gem and a major reason why our stay was so wonderful.

A nice hotel in beautiful grounds. Easy to get to from the station with a simple 10 minute walk. The hotel isn't located in a particularly nice area but it's not too far from the city. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. The rooms are large but they do need updating. If you don't mind walking into the city then this is a good hotel.

Far away from City centre; about 15 minutes by Car.|The breakfast was ok, but the spa wasnt a spa. Was a mini hot tub for two. The place smells. |If you want to go to the gym or spa you need to ask for the key before and after, was a waste of time.|Was too expensive for the amenities and service. I wont come back

Stay was better than ok. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was ok. Only drawback was the location. It was a good 20/25 minute walk to the old city but very doable. Stayed only one night but the grounds looked good and there was a pool. A decent place to stay at a reasonable price. Recommend.

Located 1km from Train Station, this hotel is an oasis in a rather degraded area. The lavish gardens, the spacious rooms and excellent service more than make up for the location. The hotel has a safe parking lot (EU10/day), ideal for travellers travelling by car.
