The hotel has great transport connections. There's a public transport 2 minutes walk which gets you straight to the heart of Bari. There's a free shuttle to the airport which serves your personal schedule. Professional accommodation and friendly staff. Definitely recommend it for future visits! We stayed for one night at the start of a family holiday in the Puglia area and after a late arrival from Dublin into Bari.||We had been sent clear instructions on where to locate the courtesy bus and found the stop easily outside the terminal building. There are a few hotel brands displayed on the bus which we didn't notice and it does another stop at a different hotel, so make sure to flag to the driver which hotel you are staying at to avoid getting dropped off at the wrong place.||Check-in at the hotel was quick and seamless and staff were very friendly.||We had a room on the 5th floor, a family suite which was huge with separate bathroom and shower room and two double sleeping areas. The room was a bit tired with dated decor but was very comfortable with good facilities. ||Breakfast was great with decent continental buffet selection.

Even though the hotel has a very quiet and comfortable room, the service of the reception was very poor. When I pointed out that the room I booked and the room a lady with glasses offered me weren't the same, she kept saying "mamma mia, mamma mia". And she told me that it was not our fault and you need pay extra money to change the room. Well, long story short, I really felt annoyed by her attitude. I hope she changes it by reading this review.

The restaurant is priced affordable, table turnover is quick and nice staffs. Front desk is just okay. The guy who did the check out for us was dealing with the print machine instead of answering our question regarding shuttle service. Overall, highly recommend to stay here.

Closest to Bari airport. Good food, breakfast. Stay was comfortable as always.

I do o not recommend this hotel. Despite calling and informing them in advance that I had to cancel my meeting, they refused to return my money. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the issue was very disappointing. I expected better communication and professionalism."

I had planned on visiting family in December so I made a reservation at this hotel. Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency I needed to cancel and tried to get a refund. However, this hotel refused numerous attempts by Expedia on my behalf to receive any funds returned. At first they gave the excuse they needed to find an English speaking employee and then they outright denied my refund.
