Hotel Majesty Bari

Nice hotel at a nice price from my point of view, and out of the season. The room was quiet despite being on the roadside. The hotel is just aside the S.S road, practical to find, easy to move from. I didn't try the restaurant, was closed, but the breakfast was awesome, various, tasty, some typical dishes... Seen some conference rooms. Didn't find a walk way to the shore.

It is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price. It looks to be well set up for large groups and gatherings. Only issue is the location, if you don't have a car it is not ideal at all, it is a very long walk from the central area and taxis are expensive.

The location was fine. The room was clean and comfortable. Nicola at the front desk was friendly, cordial and very helpful. Vito in the restaurant was also very helpful. The breakfast included was exceptional. We were very satisfied with the entire stay and recommend this hotel.

The reception was cold, checking in at a 4 star hotel I expect someone at the door to greet us or take the bags, none of this. The people at the reception have their heads down most of the time and there is no warmth or friendliness at all. We booked the Sauna and Steam Room for 5pm, and when we called to check, it wasn't on and ready until 5:45. This is unacceptable, if you make a mistake like this you make up for it and apologize and/or don't charge for it when paying 15 Euro per person. We were told the bar was open at 4:30pm but it didn't open until 4:45 and then to get another drink the barman was gone and after waiting 10 minutes for him to return, we gave up. The food was awesome, really enjoyed it, great cooks, but the service from the huge Frankenstein waiter was again cold. He didn't speak English, no problem, but don't give us attitude because you can't speak the most commonly spoken language. There was another waiter, much smaller, and he was perfect, knew how to serve people and did everything correctly/ The people serving the coffee were perfect too. There is a huge pool here, haven't used it yet, the gym looks great, but we're checking out.

This hotel is nice however the swimming pool was not working ! Now in summer time ! The hotel location is totally not best choice for travellers, located in highway ! No any way to walk The hotel is far from beach, impossible to walk around ! Only with car ! If you don't have car you will be lost! .. not recommended to individuals or families without car! The hotel as I said it's nice inside but no swimming poll ! It was first time for us we did not know that during reservation in the website they said the hotel had swimming poll.. it was not best experience for us without car we thought the hotel near the beach while we are making the reservation via Agoda agency! Our reservation was for 7 days around 700 euros then we were there only 4 days and we left we could not continue without car and taxies are extremely expensive ..

i booked this hotel for 1 night for my parents. They were very pleased with the politeness of the staff, the cleanliness, the spacious and comfortable room, delicious and of good quality breakfast, and with a big parking lot for those travelling by car. The area is quiet even though it's on the motorway. This hotel is highly recommended and it's a very good value for the money!!

The hotel is more suitable for those who participate in training sessions and congresses held at the hotel. As tourist I felt that the distance was a bit too far from the city center, even I had a car and away from attractions. The rooms are clean and the staff is kind and friendly.

Before you book your room here, check the location!!! It is very hard to move around without a car living far from Bari and this close to the highway. In my room I had ants. So if you bought anything sweet and leave it open, they will claim it. Other than that it was clean, the AC was in the room and you couldn't hear the nearby road. Also there is a difference in breakfast if you come at 7am or if you come at 9am. At 9am you probably won't be able to have scrambled eggs and some of the stuff will be already gone (e.g. mozarella). Also there is a huge choice of sweet food (cakes, cookies/biscuits etc.) but in comparison very small of salty foods that are the real breakfast. Big plus of this hotel is a gym. It is well equipped, no AC though.
