B&B Villa S.Anna

The view from our room was absolutely incredible. We didn't know it before we got here but we had a room with a deck and watching the sunrise and sunset was so special! We were welcomed by Emanuel the night we arrived with a bottle of bubbly and a plate of fresh fruit. The complimentary breakfast on the water was a highlight of our trip. Delicious, quality breakfast and great service. The villa is a 5ish minute walk to a busy area with plenty of restaurants and a few bars. The town is quiet and peaceful. 10 minute walk to the train station as well, which gets you to bari centrale in just 15 minutes. Emanuel was great about giving us directions via public transportation and helping us with our taxis. Thank you!!!

March 2024. I travel often and this hotel had by far the warmest hospitality I have ever experienced in my life. I was really touched by how wonderful the family is who runs this. After a stressful late and delayed flight we were so touched to meet the team awaiting us at the airport to give us a lift so that we wouldn't be stranded in the early hours of the morning. I don't want to set a standard that this is something they can always provide, but it just goes to show that they genuinely care about their guests. The room was AMAZING. Really beautiful stylish yet very comfy and cozy. Crisp white sheets and a very comfortable bed. We arrived to a fruit platter and a bottle of bubbly - can't get any better than that. I had a very restful sleep and the room was so quiet. We adored the delicious breakfast paired with the gorgeous sea view. Location wise, it's very close to the airport but there's a direct and fairly regular bus to Bari right outside. We cannot wait to return to Puglia one day and when we do, we wish to stay here. Thank you to the family for a level of kindness I'll never forget.

Beautiful, very modern rooms. First night had some fruit and prosecco ready in the room, which was an excellent surprise after the long trip. The owner is really friendly and forthcoming, too. Oh, the associated restaurant across the street is first class, too. Only downside, you really need a car to get anywhere.

This was one of the greatest stays on a trip we ever had. The room and breakfast were five stars. The owner is extremely friendly, the service was excellent. We were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles. The breakfast he provided in his restaurant across the street was better than a five star hotel. They also took care of a taxi for us when we left early. And when we had to leave early in the last morning, they made sure there was some breakfast waiting for us in the fridge.

Excellent ***** Room was beautiful, large and spacious, bathroom was gorgeous. Welcome bottle of Bubbly & plate of fresh fruit. Breakfast in the owners restaurant across the road was amazing. We went to the restaurant for our evening meal & it was also amazing. We were gutted as our trip was cut short so had to leave after only one night, will definitely be back.

We were in search of a place to spend our last night in Puglia before our departure from Bari airport the next morning. We arrived without many expectations, but this place turned out to be the most comfortable and well run B&B we encountered on our trip and also the best value for money. The host was fabulous and made us a breakfast in his seaside restaurant on the opposite side of the road which was just marvelous, excellent cappuccino, fresh orange juice and eggs with bacon just as you wish everyone would be capable of doing. Go for it you won't be disappointed.

Very good room, every day cleaning, calm place not crowded at all. Breakfast was delicious, which was provided by the restaurant in front of the hotel.
