Beautiful rooms, Air conditioner comfortable bed. Service was impeccable polite and fast responding. The location was okay being very close to the train line (15min to Bari Vecchia and airport), with great resturants nearby.

After some searching I found it. It is a quiet welcoming hostel. Very small but comfortable. The yard is great and has a jazzuci. There were also some interesting decorations. The room was great..slept like a prince. Your own bathroom with a shower. It was as clean as a 5 star hotel. A delcious breakfast was served as well. The couple that own this hostel will surely take care of you and make you feel at home. Thank you Luana and Piero.

Stayed here in September. ||The good points: breakfast was ok, there was a seating area at the front which was pleasant and the owner turned up on time to check us in (they do not live on site which should have told us something).||The bad: the railway track. It's about 50 metres away and trains run on a regular basis late into the night and start very early in the morning. You'll hear it and feel it.||The house is near the road, albeit behind a fence, and the window (single-glazed) in our room was so ill-fitting we thought it was open. So, very noisy.||The bed smelt. Both the sheets and the pillow cases. The latter to the extent we wrapped the in towels from the bathroom and then pulled a t shirt over the top so we could at least use them. Appalling. ||The plug in the bathroom sink didn't fit so wouldn't fill. The towel rail was so loose it was almost falling off the wall. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't stay up.||We would have been willing to point all of these matters out to our host when she returned in the morning but she didn't even ask us about our stay at all. I suspect she knew what the answer would be and perhaps not the the first time.||At EU70 a night you should be able to do a lot better than this. Never again.

Sweet and very calm B&B. Near to the airport. The hoste is an italian woman very nice, very reactive, and welcome us at the last minut. The room was just perfect, very clean, very fonctionnal. I recommand this B&B. I will come back. Luana picked us up at the airport, and she was very attentive.

LA VILLETTA PALESE. 9 km to BARI. No parking in the accommodation and complicated in the vicinity. Located in narrow alley. Location not easy. Near the train track, which often rocks the dwelling. Simple structure and furniture. Spoiled night lamp. Inverted quilt, with opening in the mouth. Insufficient light in the bathroom. Shower with short plastic curtains, etc. TV: mini and very high, not very visible. Breakfast se.t. Hyper value on Booking. Expensive 70 EU (most B & B at 55-65 EU and spotless!). It does NOT accept Visa and requires cash. The owner, who did not accept our complaints, sent us an e-mail filled with insults and threats of heaven, when she checked our low rating on Booking

The house complex is quite old and moderately refurbished. The room and the bathroom were basic but clean. If you don't mind the old furniture and the old building in general and you've got a car to drive to town then this place might be for you. Also, bear in mind that the railway lines are right behind the complex.
