A spacious, practical accommodation for a short stay. Very well located between the railway station (10 min) and the shopping mile (10 min) and old town (20 min). Large room, large shower, water, just and pastries always available in the shared kitchen. Lift. The landlady is very friendly, helpful and is on site very quickly when you need her. We were also allowed to leave our luggage ahead of time, which was very accommodating.

The apartment looks like it has recently been renovated, so the rooms look pretty new and modern. The breakfast area was equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, and there was stuff for breakfast and bottles of water in the fridge.|However, this place lacked cleanliness! There were two dead mosquitos smashed against the bathroom wall of our room! Who knows how long they have been there. And the shower was so badly built, the bathroom basically flooded if you tried to take a normal shower.|All in all, I'd say if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, this one is not too bad, but I personally wouldn't stay here again.

There is no breakfast, just a basic coffee machine and some dry wrapped shop-bought 'snacks' in an overheated and cramped communal area (the 'library' pictures are seriously misleading). Worse, there is no service. You are given instructions to let yourself in via a keypad and all communication is via short WhatsApp message. There is no host on site. This means that when someone starts banging on the front door at 2am there's no one on hand to sort it out. And if like us you have an issue that needs follow-up you won't get any help or resolution: we've chased the owner/manager for a month over an item left behind and they refuse to even reply, despite mediation. Someone's making a lot of money out of this property without providing the bare minimum in service. Stay somewhere else.

dobbiamo dire che tutto sommato andava bene...|un handicap e l'ascensore.. continuamente fuori uso..|quindi dovendo salire a un 3 piano..un po' scomodo |il resto tutto okay..|Carmela molto disponibile ordinata veloce..mette tutto a disposizione..|anche la colazione si puo fare nella sala comune.davvero comodo, vicino la stazione. |quindi posizione da 10|lo consiglio vivamente

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite. L'arredamento veramente bellissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli. Se fosse stata cosi curata anche la pulizia, avremo avuto un soggiorno abbastanza carino. L'angolo vicino alla macchinetta del caffe era sporchissimo, con caffe rovesciato in terra e sul muro, capelli sparsi in tutta la stanza, ma la ciliegina e stata la polvere sui comodini. Abbiamo atteso per il check-in circa 20 minuti fuori ad freddo, nonostante avessimo concordato che avremo avvisato 20 minuti prima di arrivare. Assegno una stella per la sporcizia che c'era nella stanza e per il menefreghismo del proprietario, alla quale ho inoltrato le foto e ha visualizzato senza nemmeno rispondere

Inizio dicendo che il proprietario e molto disponibile e accogliente. Infatti, io e la mia ragazza abbiamo scelto la struttura come appoggio per passare il nostro primo anniversario insieme e in camera ci ha fatto trovare due calici, sapendo che avremmo portato una bottiglia di prosecco per festeggiare. Gesto che ci ha fatto un sacco piacere, poiche non sempre si riesce a trovare una struttura gay friendly. Camera perfetta e nuova, accogliente, spaziosa e perfettamente pulita. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. il bagno pulito, dove abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario (asciugamani e bagnoschiuma) e un phon normale e non da hotel. Concludendo, ci siamo sentite da subito a nostro agio, come a casa.
