This place is all about location, location, location--absolutely fantastic spot in a very touristy Italian town, and at $40 a night, you really can't beat the price. It's definitely more of a tech-savvy, Japanese micro-hotel style setup. There's no front desk, no keys--just your phone to check in and access the room. That worked fine for us, but if you're looking for a more traditional hotel experience, this might not be your vibe. The building itself is a converted apartment, now split into five rooms. Communication was great--the hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. A lot of the reviews rave about cleanliness, but we did have a bit of a hiccup there. Our shower was backed up, and when maintenance came, they pulled out what looked like a small poodle from the drain. That definitely raised some concerns about how thorough the cleaning was before our stay. That said, once the issue was resolved, everything else went smoothly. If you're used to minimalist setups and just need a great base in a great location, it's a solid option. Just don't expect luxury or even a full-service hotel feel. Overall: good, not great--but would consider staying again.

The stay was simple and no-fuss, just as described. It met all the basic needs--clean bed, hot shower, and decent Wi-Fi. Nothing fancy, but everything worked fine. The best part was the location--very convenient and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around easy. Overall, a pleasant and straightforward place to stay if you're not looking for frills.
Very clean, cozy and spacious appartmen. We had everything we needed for our stay. Upon arrival we had problems entering the building due to some technical problem with the V-key system, so we could not open the building door. They could not help us from a distance. We waited undil someone exited the building and this is how got in. The shower-cabin was way too small than expected and needed, which was a little frustrating. Other that that - we enjoyed our stay there very much.
Self Checkin was very difficult to manage, and you need to upload all your personal details, I felt they were not safe. Noise in the apartment was horrible, would could hear every thing what your neighbors were saying or doing!!The worst was cleaning staff. Here at the website it says check-out is 10:30. U heard them entering the building around 08:30/9pm.. they were so loud and rude, I never had something like this before. Screaming at each other so the whole street heard it! But the worst part was as they tried to enter my room around 9am ! Remember checkout is 10:30 and I was already trying to find some sleep..Bad experience
It's smaller and older compared to the photos. The lamps weren't working properly. The terrace was shared with three other rooms (not stated in the offering) and it didn't feel secure at all. The remote of the air conditioning system had no batteries and we had to buy new ones to stop it. The place was clean and someone was coming to tidy up everyday but he/she was constantly taking our full water bottles.
Small room, but perfect location. When I came i see that in bathroom didnt have hairdryer, I write to them in whatsaap and for 10 minutes they come with a hairdyer.
Trip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in. We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in.These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily.
the location is perfect, near the historical center you are 10' walking. the room was ok, very clean and with a nice bathroom.
