Alberghi Hotel De Rossi

This hotel is an ideal location for the main railway station. It is a fairly basic,old fashioned style hotel. The reception staff weren't brilliant. Room was adequate. Clean. However the bathroom was disappointing. It took 5+ minutes for the water to reach a decent temperature for showering. Two tiny sachets of shower gel. Perhaps a wall mounted dispenser might be better. No option for breakfast although there are cafes nearby.

The hotel is adequately rated as 2 star hotel: it provides clean rooms at a very good price close to the train station and a 5min walk away from the historic city centre. There are several cafes and restaurants nearby.||The staircase is only dimly lit but there is also an elevator available.||There was a single bed in my room, a desk, aircon, tv and a recently renovated bathroom. All was well-maintained and functional. I would have liked to gave a kettle in the room to make myself a coffee/tea in the morning.||The staff was friendly.||||The card reader dud not work and I had to pay in cash which I found very inconvenient.

Excelent place to be near central Bari, and very close to Bari vecchia and the sea side. Has nice rooms with very good service team! Old style building with modern amenities. Pascuale and Celeste help you to have an amazing stay.

Stayed in a double room, booking and check in were easy, location is good close to the central train station. But the room smelt rotten, to the point of feeling sick, which made the stay almost unbearable. Also only 1 towel between the 2 of us. The room was clean enough but the smell was terrible. If you can find somewhere else to stay, do.

I just stayed for a night at the hotel and i was impressed by the cleaniness of the room. Ac was great, bathroom was great. both of the receptionists were very very helpful giving ideas where to visit and help in every way they can...........................................................

We loved our stay here! Perfectly sized room, amazing bathroom and a kitchen. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Excellent location in the middle of Bari - the perfect place to see the city. Would highly recommend - we will definitely be back! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

All people at the front desk were always very welcoming and kind. They make staying at this hotel very pleasant. |The location is excellent, especially if you plan to travel around by public transport.|Bari Centrale train station is few steps away.||The room is clean, although very basic. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. The accommodation is suitable for those who want a peaceful night. No noise from the street.||For me the issue was the shower. It is fixed into the wall. I don't want to get my hair wet, so it didn't suit me. It also took a long time for hot water to flow from the tap. it would be convenient to have a small refrigerator in the room. I missed that.

Terrible place, old, dirty, smells awful, has mosquitos, there is no net on the window. The balcony cannot be used, since it's a pigeon's toilet. When we asked for help with the mosqiotos, the staff advised us not to open the window... We had no place to put our cosmetics in the bathroom. The furniture is disgusting. The only good thing is the location.
