The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to my every need. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful experience, and I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Service was very good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel was neat and clean. Outside view of hotel eventhough feels not big, inside it is spacious and neat. Food was tasty.

Property is nearby polo ground Welcoming Staff Nice decorated room with all basic amenities. Mr Rahul was very helpful, Food is little costly according to the price range. I'll highly recommend this property for all travellers to stay in this Hotel Will revisit .

We booked this hotel for Meghalaya trip and it was the best decision of our trip. We have received warm welcome and food was very delicious and they were serving it hot. Hospitality service was best, specially Rupam Deb. He was so kind and generous with all the guests. Overall room was cleaned, food was delicious and people are welcoming and friendly.

Nice place. Behavior of the Staff specially Rupam Deb was very nice and helpful. Only thing was the extra bed they gave was old. Need to take care of that. Overall recommend.

Room are good. Staff of hotel always smiling face and we request them to prepare dalia for kids 3-4 times and they do it every time with smiling face.. breakfast should be improved..newly constructed hotel...overall experience is ok
