Polo Tura Hotel

It was a nice place to stay in. The rooms we got were very spacious. The staff were very friendly and responsive. They helped us with meals during irregular times as we had to reach or leave during late or early hours. The food was good at the restaurant. The room service was great and there was Aircon and heater always functional. I'd definitely visit here if I had to stay for long for work unless I wanted to stay in homestays while exploring this part of the world.

Renovated old govt guest house to hotel.....so rooms are big but standard of hotel doesn't match. Breakfast was ok. The food menu is printed so so small that you need a magnifying glass to read it and the taste of food is also not so good.

The first thing that impressed me about the hotel is it's cleanliness and the size of its room. Attached with a balcony the room has ample of space to live at ease and it provides the kind of privacy we require too. The room service is prompt and you can be sure of opening to a clean and tidy room everyday you return from the work or a busy/tiring day. Breakfast options are limited. But the food is healthy and easy on your guts. At a place like Tura you can't ask for more.

Very good food, spacious rooms, scenic beauty. Nice view from the balcony. WiFi is also good. They are giving complimentary breakfast also in the restaurant. Beautiful hotel amidst garo hills. They have good parking space also. I highly recommend

This is a nice hotel to stay in Tura, located at Araimile which is near to main market,hotel staffs were well behaved, Food provided were very healthy and tasty. The environment of the hotel very neat and clean, whenever will get chance would like to stay here only.

Great location, beautiful surroundings atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist. Everything about the hotel was exceptional it was clean and hygienic room excellent service in dinner room were food was excellent in terms of taste overall I had a great experience with good remakes.

I visited Hotel Polo Orchid in April 2024 with my family. The rooms are cozy, the staff are friendly and hotel ambience is very good. The food at the Ginger cafe are tasty and above all, the location is good with ample parking space. Will definitely recommend to friends.
