Hotel Sundare

The hotel is very good but If you come with your family and came 3 and take 1 room then they don't give you one extra pillow. Like in the bed there's only 2 pillow so...

The waiters didn't serve us and the food wasn't good in taste, the receptionist was horrible and very very rude

Service is very bad....receptionist is arrogant intercom service is off at night..... I dint saw any hotel in my whole trips and hotels in India....the receptionist is not at all polite...in my room there is no geyser....no toilet gun....

Restaurant sucks took long to bring us food and it is unhygienic never ever coming back. Found booger on the glass...

Relatively expensive for the features. AC works, rooms relatively clean. Food is simply not good, you're better off eating outside. Okayish if you're on a business trip and need to stay in the centre of town.

It was nice experience being there..Room were nice clean but money was bit higher the way you got the rooms .. But the buffet morning breakfast was top notch totally like it.. Ambiance was bit okay And is no other hotel available there as clean as this one ... I travel to Tura every month I stay there All is good just the price is bit higher side ... Thanks

For my room, the ventilation was broken and chilled winds entered continuously. Food was terrible. They do not accept payment by cards, only cash or qr. Not suitable for family as even farts from neighbouring rooms are audible. No decorum is maintained as people drink in rooms and shout till 1 am, but no control from the management side, rather they switch off the intercom and go to sleep.

I felt very bad after coming to this hotel...The behaviour of the staff was very bad. Especially the one who was sitting at the reception..
