Very good service, food quality is also very good rooms are clean

It's far outside city. Staff is very friendly. From outside it looks old but inside it's near and clean. Food is awesome and chef is good. Had nice masala dosa which I did not expect here. But food is a bit expensive as the resources in the place is less so. For good quality you will pay the price.

Nice and good environment but need more time to provide better service as the cooking staff are slow and also need more variety of fooding. Compare to price its a bit high than other. Rooms rent is also comparatively high, so need this to fix early, Because price and service are not going hand in hand.

Staff is very selfish and doesn't understanding customer situation and condition & claim additional food bill after made all payment. & Food charges is very costly & doesn't provide complimentary breakfast and tea & water bottle in room , all over hotel staff & facilities is worsted.

Service bad, can't follow time, two years old kid's birthday suppose to be at 5:30 , they couldn't finish decoration till 7 pm. Dinner wasn't ready till 9 pm. Children were restless and agitated. Birthday girl was sleepy and wailing. Terrible!
