Zostel Shillong

I had the best time at this hostel and would recommend it to everyone! The staff is really sweet and helpful. Santosh bhaiya, Ayfi, and Ratan bhaiya helped me a lot with finding places to visit, getting bikes on rent, and anything else I needed. The beds are super comfortable, and the location is great, very close to everything. I also met amazing people here and made some wonderful friends. The food at the hostel cafe is also really tasty. Would love to come back again!

I stayed in Zostel Dormitory for 3 days and it was really wonderful. The room was pleasant and the washrooms were super clean and hygienic. The staff, was very helpful in connecting people to plan their travels. Mr. Santosh in particular was sweet, he even arranged a trasport for me when I mentioned I have a bus to catch at 6 AM in morning. In addition to that, the atmosphere at any Zostel has always been amazing and even worthy enough to extend the stay.

The atmosphere he creates is full of good energy and genuine hospitality. This place is safe for women solo travellers. The food was another highlight--delicious, comforting, and made with care, just like a home-cooked meal. If you're looking for a place that feels like home with great company and good vibes, Santosh and his Zostel are the perfect choice!

I stayed for a week in zostel shillong. Rooms are neat and gorgeous. Staff is quite helpful and fun!! Zostel shilling also has cafe in the campus, which servers good food. It has both veg and non veh options. It has meeting room for workation and common area to play games and hangout. Rental bikes are also available on premise. Stafff also helps in finding sharing cab and rapido is also available. Had wonderful experience!!

Had a great stay at Zostel! The place was very clean, well-organised, and had a beautiful view from the common area. The food felt just like home, and the staff were always helpful--especially the manager, Santosh. Felt super comfortable throughout my stay!

Staff, hospitability and everything at zostel, shillong made my Meghalaya trip such a great experience. Santosh bhaiya managed the property perfectly! Aloo paratha and Oreo shake at the cafe is a must try. Enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my trip upto 2 weeks :)

From helping us plan our day trips, arranging cabs, and suggesting the best places to visit, to seamlessly managing our extended stay, he was incredibly helpful throughout. His warm hospitality truly made a difference. One of the best parts of staying at Zostel is meeting amazing fellow travelers. The community vibe here is fantastic, and we had some great conversations and experiences with like-minded people, which uplifted our entire trip. Overall, Zostel Shillong offers great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and the perfect setting to make unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shillong!
