Worst experience ever. I booked a room through booking.com but as soon as i arrived i was asked to cancel it and book offline. The entire amount i had to pay at the time of check in. They were extremely rude while the process. There was no tea coffee sachets or n the room when i asked they provided two sachets of nescafe and two uncovered tea bags. Wifi was weak. Also at the time of checkout they took so much time in generating the bills like it was an absolute unimportant thing to ask for. Also the breakfast was not complimentary which i got to know in the morning. Only good things was the restaurant staff and food.

This is very nice accommodation under budget. Staff and services are very excellent. Staff are very polite and humble. Rooms are very neet and clean , spacious with advance facility . Our overall my experience was outstanding.

Far from the expectation I had before arriving. I had initially booked through booking.com and upon arrival I was told they don't honor same day booking and I were to cancel my booking on booking.com and pay upfront at check in. Bare in mind I had a free upgrade on booking.com which I then didn't receive due to being ask cancel. I was then given a small room on the first floor which smoke alarms beeping loud every 10 seconds in the corridor, WiFi that initially didn't work. The pictures are very deceiving as the blue lights under bed didn't work and then were moved to another room which was equally small. Room service proceadure needs a bit of work. When I ordered food , they brought my coke separately, then they brought my plates , and then they brought my meals , so 3 separate trips for 1 order. The only positive I can give is there is a gentlemen by the name of Ashraf i think, who was very helpful and friendly and atleast tried making an effort. The ladies at the restaurant were also friendly as well. I understand the hotel has only been open for 2 years so please take this feedback as constructive. As a hotelier in the Industry for more than 14 years I see there is lots of room for improvement.

Rooms are a decent size, very neat and clean, excellent service, small breakfast but good. Located in the middle of the city, holiday makers would prefer a little better location, otherwise good. Bathroom very clean but had some issues. I just found it overpriced

Rude behaviour by the hotel manager (Rajat R). Poor hotel amenities and functionality for the price. Less staff and unprofessional behaviour. Basic utilities like body wash were not replaced and room was not cleaned properly. Poor drainage of the bathroom. Breakfast was not provided as per time. Overall I won't suggest anyone this hotel for their upcoming stays and definitely there are better options for this price in police bazar.

Excellent Location with clean Hotel. I faced a lot of issue with wifi as it stops working every after a regular interval. also they dont recharge any TV network so one cant spend time on netflix or amazon prime or even a regular free tv channel. My room was not having even a single window so it may feel suffocated to someone. Overall i can give 10 out of 10 for location, toiletries provided, Cleanness, Service staff, Front desk Parking, Attached restaurant and very close to market place. They need to work upon a free flow of hot water as the geyser delivers very poor output.

Great location, beautiful staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Extremely poor hotel, amenities, functionality for the price of an exective premium room. Rooms were not cleaned properly as we could see layer of dust on all surfaces. Water stagnation with poor drainage of water in the bathroom. Poor functioning of the geyser and no basic amenities like hair dryer in such a cold place even for such high room prices. Non availability of extra matresses and breakfast which we already paid for. Denied to provide reciept/bill while checking out. Donot book this hotel, as there are better options at better prices in police bazaar.
