1. Hotel Entrance is to dirty and no Enquiry Counter |2. According to prices , amenities are less like Soap , shampoo , Body cleanser |3. Reception counter staff are good .|Room service is good .|4. Best thing is the Rooftop Restaurant, foods are delicious and Restora staff are good at delivery.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very mixed experience. Let's start with the positives -- the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service staff was prompt and polite. What stood out the most was the food -- absolutely delicious! I genuinely loved every meal I had there. However, the location of the hotel is quite poor, difficult to reach and in a congested area. There's a major parking issue, which was a big hassle. Also, the reception staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, which really set a bad tone for the stay. On top of that, the hotel enforces strict check-in and check-out timings with no flexibility, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for its location or management, but if you're just here for a good room and amazing food, it might still be worth considering.
We booked a hotel in Vancouver, which included a private Taxi to the hotel. The transportation was clearly listed on the receipt when I received the confirmation. I called 48 hours later to find out how the transportation works. I was told I would receive an email explaining the details within a day. After two additional calls, Booking.com said they would not honor the transportation, and if I didn't like it, I could cancel the reservation! I looked at other sites and the hotel directly and found that the rates have increased. I cancelled the reservation, called the hotel directly, and explained what happened. The hotel claimed that I was not the first person this had happened to, and they adjusted my rate to compensate for the transportation costs. Booking.com is an unreliable company that doesn't care about its customers. STAY AWAY!
Shady, cheap, and dishonest!!!!||So in December, my wife and I booked a hotel for a conference in Vegas. We found the same hotel cheaper on Booking.com so we reserved it and canceled our other hotel. As it turns out, when we called the hotel to confirm, it was sold out and we could not stay where we wanted. So we lost our reservation for the hotel where the conference was being held.|Booking began with an apology and they offered to pay for us to stay in an alternative location. The price difference was about $900 more. They also OFFERED for us to book any other property with a promise to reimburse us for the additional price up to the $900. So our budget was the original price of our first hotel, plus $900. I insisted to have this in writing before I got off the phone with the person so I had grounds if there was a problem with our reimbursement request after the fact. I have the email.||Upon returning, we submitted the receipt to booking and were denied reimbursement. They said the receipts weren't valid. After about 10 hours of phone calls with them, it was escalated to the next level and I was told that the finance department now has to review the case. One phone call with a supervisor took 3 hours!!!! After a month of waiting and hearing nothing I call again, have to explain again the issue, and they escalate it again. This time there was a "glitch" they said and it has to be referred and escalated again to the finance department. Each time I get an email promising updates and resolution, but there is no follow through. It's been infuriating. I have been on the phone with them more than a dozen times. I have called, been on hold for at least 30 min to an hour, then I get through, and then after explaining my situation again to the lower level call center person in India, they cut off the call when I am on hold. This happened 4 times in a row before I finally got through a month ago. I gave my phone number to them to call me back just in case the call is dropped, but they never call me back. I have called booking.com at least 20 times since December. When I finally get through everytime they apologize and reassure that everything will be resolved. They have promised me multiple times that the funds WILL be coming but their financial department just has to release them.||Today I called, was on hold for 45 minutes (even though it said it would be less than 20), asked for a manager right away, was put on hold again, and then was hung up on while on hold.||They are doing everything they can to wait me out, defer, and ignore. This is the WORST customer service I have ever had to resolve an issue. I don't complain, and this is the first time I have ever written a negative review about anyone. They need to feel the burn for this!! Do yourselves a favor and avoid Booking.com as they don't value you as a customer.||I'm holding them accountable for the original mistake they made by offering a hotel that was not available, and then promising to compensate for an alternative stay.||Thanks for reading and I hope you NEVER have to deal with them in this way.||Date of experience: December 11, 2024
The rooms are beautiful and the service was amazing. They also gave us a free upgrade. The service was quick and everyone was really polite. The terrace restaurant was the best part and i had the most amazing food there. Thanks to lavanya our stay was great and went smoothly
We stayed at white rock inn for a day in March 2025. The rooms and bedding are super neat and clean. They have a rooftop restaurant and the food at restaurant is very delicious. We had the best food there. However, their parking is very conjusted and we had a lot of trouble with getting in and out of the parking. And if you're thinking to book a room at the hotel for a special dinner at the open space in rooftop, then do not book this place. All the customers that come in use the outdoor area for pictures and videos and you will have zero privacy for your special dinner. Moreover, i didn't find the staff at the restaurant to be very friendly. We had to literally grab their attention when we went there for a dinner
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unfortunate experience we encountered on our final day in Bangkok. We booked Restaurant in Baiyoke Sky through Booking.com. When we arrived to the Baiyoke Sky on the 14th March at 17.00 according to the reservation schedule, the staff of the hotel could NOT find our reservation in their computer system. We had specially taken taxi to arrange arrival on time to find out that we would not be allowed to use the observation Restaurant in the Baiyoke Sky. They said that their was no information in their system about our reservation. But we had the reservation confirmation in our telephone on Booking.com app and money was taken from account on the 08.03.2025. The manager of the Baiyoke Sky sent the letter, confirming that Booking.com failed to confirm the reservation.|When we arrived back to the UK, we claimed the compensation for the service they charged money for, but not provided.|Today is 12 April. After one month waiting, we have no compensation,no any sign from Booking.com. This company is not good any more to trust. Not recommended. Not trustworthy. To get compensation from them customers are now caused to apply to Customer Protection Authorities.||Date of experience: 14 March 2025
After being loyal to booking.com for more than 12 years, I have to stop using them.|I booked a hotel in China for my friend and when he arrived at the hotel, they didn't let him to check in as they wanted him to pay for his stay. Contacted booking.com and explained the situation and mentioned as usual, I provided the payment details and you can charge my credit card. They said I have to contact the hotel and resolve the problem myself. I contacted the hotel and they provided me a payment method (WeChat Pay ID). After I made the payment, they said they didn't receive the money as the payee details are wrong. (again, not my fault). Contacted booking.com and explained the situation again and the solution the offered, make another payment and wait for the refund. I don't know if they will provide correct details for me to make another payment and when and if I receive the first payment refund. ||Very very useless and unhelpful team. I am very disappointed.
