Shubham Hotel

Hotel management team are so rude and don't want to answer any question. We suffer a lot . Me and my friends stayed 2 nights in that hotel 1st night was okay but in 2nd night there was only 2 room booked so they cut the electricity for whole night my whole team can't sleep for a single hour due to mosquito and suffocation of the room ..we called the service boy several times but didn't respond... Rooms are so dirty they don't even clean and change the bedsheet and comforter after being used by the people. All your clothes will smell if you stay for a single night. Don't book this hotel . Horrible experience

Nice rooms at affordable price. Good lights in the room too. Bathrooms are clean . Provides 2 blankets in a bed which are also clean and properly washed. Also provides free Wi-Fi. The Manager was very friendly and helpful too and he also helped us in booking a car for our travel overall a good place to stay

i was stay in shubam hotel 3nights it was nice good memory my suggestion i will recommended to m friends and family's when visit shillong must be stay in shubam hotel hotel staff specially mr.gogoi and ram are very help full i will revisit soon your hotel

The rooms are very congested and there is no space at all and it feels like you are living in a place full of rotten things as it has a bad odur and you should better avoid staying at this and search for a better option as they charge you approx 1300 and it's a complete waste of money.

This is the most pathetic hotel I ever stayed in.. Price is high but rooms are too conjusted.. Double room is not even suitable for a single person .. Rooms are too much dirty.. They don't clean the rooms at all.. But manager behaviour is good.. But I recommend to don't book this hotel.. If 0 star can be given I would give that.

I took a large room having a balcony and facing the highway. The view from the windows was brilliant. The staff helped me a lot during check-in and check-out by taking care of my luggage. The bed was cosy.

Overall the services of the hotel was good. The rooms were good also but the decoration, not too much satisfying. The behaviour of staffs were generous.
