Staff was polite.. Rooms were small but fine for couple.. However blankets were too thin for the cold weather.. Food was good.. Very hygienic and well maintained..

The sole redeeming aspect of the hotel is the availability of warm water. However, the paradox lies in the fact that you will be unable to enjoy it, as there is a daily disruption of water supply for approximately 3-4 hours each morning. During our brief stay, we were often trapped in the washrooms for nearly an hour each day. The reception staff and management displayed an appalling lack of initiative and accountability, neglecting to take any responsibility for the numerous shortcomings. The quality of food was deplorable--breakfast consisted of the same bland Aloo Chana Poori every day, with the chickpeas merely boiled and diluted in water. The promised parathas were never provided. We paid an exorbitant rate of 5.5k per night for three nights during the Christmas season, and our entire trip was marred by this dreadful accommodation. I would strongly advise against staying here. Even on the final day, there was a complete absence of drinking water. The establishment is far too dilapidated to be considered a hotel. Even budget options like OYO, which charge a fraction of the price, offer better basic amenities.

Worst Stay place in shillong.This stay should be called cubicle room stay ultra small bed .A family of 4 .1 Couple and 2 kids below 10 yr can't sleep in bed together.Room cleaning service is never done here.I got dirty room with strained bedsheet and lots and lots of hair in blanket pillow bedsheet and no towels even after asking for 100 times.hotel didn't change bedsheet even after request they vacuum that place after 4 hours of request.rooms passage so narrow two persons can't walk together. Plz don't buy food from nearest food joint it's has no taste. Guests had altercation with manager to provide things promised in the hotel

We had a stay in this hotel for a day in Shillong. Coming to the pros and cons for the hotel stay. Pros: The location was good and the view was fine. It's just around 2kms from police baazar. The hotel has a parking place. Cons: The resturant tied with the hotel had a bad service. We ordered tea after getting in the evening, but didn't get one. There was a used soap placed at the washroom. There are ants in the hotel and the shops & eateries downstairs as well. Need to have good curtains to block light into the room.

Everything is good. Within the price range of the room, it is much better than other hotels in the nearby area. Location is good. It gives complete view of hills. There is a nearby restaurant and it is truly awesome. Food is tasty and prices are reasonable. Staff is ok but bit slow.

I would've rated over 5 stars if I could. The staff is extremely kind and go out of their way to make you comfortable on your trip - they packed breakfast for us at 6am so we don't starve on our journey, and went with us all the way to one of the local places just so we don't get lost. The food is delivered right in your room The washrooms, towels, beds, water are clean. Hot water is available whenever you want. Overall, had a great experience staying here. Kudos to the staff for maintaining a great customer relationship!

Very bad experience very small room I am very food very bad quality hotel restaurant

The room are very Modern and clean. Very affordable good prise . And staffs are very helpful. Parking is great and the food room service from the attached restaurant MEI's Kitchen is tasty and budget friendly.
