M crown Hotel

Location in main. Close to Police Bazar. Close to Wards lake walking distance. Hotel good ambience. Tasty food. Good spread of breakfast and dinner we had. Lunch outside as we travel during day. Housekeeping active and courteous. All staffs friendly.

Normally I never give such poor rating but for Mcrown it doesn't even deserve one star. Rooms: above average Service: Worst. Breakfast starts very late at 7.30 by then everyone gets into cafeteria and it gets too crowded. You would not have plates, bowls and other cutlery. Aloo bhaji would be there but no poori. If you request for omelette it would take 45 minutes atleast. For 50 odd guests there would be only one staff and no supervisor. Never ever had such worst experience. Today we had to skip breakfast. Parking: there is very congested parking of hotel with no guard to manage. Exit gate gets blocked and we had to wait for 40 minutes before our driver could manage to get out of parking. Location: Extremely congested. Overall we have never seen such worst hotel in our life. If anyone has to spoil his vacation then only should come here.

I am writing this review while seating in the restaurant of M Crown. Following are the highlights of my experience of last 1.5 hours- 1. Ordered dal and rice for my 4 yr old daughter- Got after 30 mins- to our surprise, both were stale. On complaning, they changed it but were not apologetic at all, as if its very common and just our fate that we got stinking food. 2. Glass served was broken. 3. Waiting for more than an hour now without even a dinner plate served.

It was our Worst experience in this hotel. They mention air conditioned rooms but they are actually centralised AC which works no more than a heater. No hot water, showers are not working. Wifi is not working, only the room ambience was good. Very disappointing experience.

Lousy hotel staff, arrogant front office desk, needs training on how to approach people. |Rooms are ok but not maintained very well. |Hotel feels claustrophobic. Okay for a one night stay, but staff not responsive to guests. |Overall i domt recommend.

We stayed at M Crown for 2 nights. It's a decent hotel at central location. Room was clean and was big. Their service is prompt. Breakfast had several options, just that they should serve hot food, it was lukewarm at best. Overall nice hotel.

Location wise very good, close to the market place, service by the staff is nice . Although breakfast I didn't like much, they can elaborate it as well the time should be from 7 am.

It's Average with respect to tariff they changed.. Room size is good..location is good but room wall is dampen.. Bill counter is horrible.. wait for more than 30 minutes to get the bill.. lay dry bill is missing..etc etc..front desk exp is bad..
