Kaizun Bed & Breakfast

Centrally located, this hotel's rooms have an old-world charm. Spacious, well-maintained. Staff could have been more proactive. If you are driving your own car to the hotel (I did), be careful of the very steep road in front of the hotel. Not enough space for parking in the hotel compound. I would recommend a short stay at this hotel.

Bedsheet, pillow cover n blanket cover were dirty of both the room we booked.Staff was cordial.

The property is located in the heart of the town. Main market is at walking distance (15-20 min comfortable walk). The rooms were neat n clean. Bedsheet and pillows were fresh n clean. Toiletries and fresh towels were provided. Breakfast was usually served around 8 o'clock in the morning, and tasted good. Only one minor issue: you might find an insect/cockroach in the room or bathroom. But that is due to the moisture in the environment, thus acceptable. Overall, it was a good experience. Enjoyed our stay.

I've been to this hotel twice in the last 2 years and my experience was great both times. The staff is polite and professional. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Food is great too. Police Bazar is about 1-1.5 km away from here. The ambience is serene and fresh, yet somehow, celebratory. I would like to visit this place again.

The ambience is 10/10 and location is not too loud. We stayed in SuperDelux room which was clean and beautifully decorated. Washrooms were clean as well but the sheets were used, smelled funky and had hairs or previous guests. The blanket was darkened which was definitely used and not fresh.

Spacious, neat and clean room, washroom neat & clean also. 15 minutes walking distance from Police Bazar. Service & behaviour good. Hospitality well. But service should be more smart. Overall pleasant stay undoubtedly. Thanks Kaizun.

They say in Hindi "sab kuch hai lekin kuch bhi nahin hai" that's the story of this place. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms but there is something amiss always - can't open windows - neighbouring restaurants kitchen exhaust can ruin your experience. Road is noisy. Power can go off in midnight and there is no one to attend to you. Ok for one night stay and not longer.

Short walk from the hustling police bazar, stay at this apt B&B. Peaceful quite calm and clean. The owners have put in their thoughts to utilise every inch of the room to make it spacious and yet comfortable with all the possible amenities and services. For a B&B, this property is quite luxurious. The room had a nice feel to it. It was airy and the fragrance was soothing. There's a queen size bed with a big mirror and a study on the other wall, accommodating a sitting area for your meals or just to sit back and watch the television and then a perfectly sized balcony with comfortable chairs. Do try to make reservation for the room with the balcony or the rooms at the terrace. The bathroom was big for a B&B with modular fittings and no spillage or broken pieces anywhere. The staff is extremely courteous and thanks to the most beautiful GM Ms. Meba, her staff is always around to help you and make you feel at home. Their breakfast menu is basic but they do make a good filling breakfast. The staff is really quick and efficient with their services. More importantly, they are always ready to help you with whatever demands you may have. We surely had a warm and a comfortable stay. Thank you Kaizun!
