Itsy hotels Shillong tower guest house in Rilbong Shillong. we are stay for three nights at this hotel. Room are good and comfortable toilet are clean with value for money. Hotel workers are very good manner and good respect for every guests but parking are limited parking area. This hotel is a good location and not crowded area is a peaceful area in the night time and day time. Foods are available in this hotel in all times and whole day and night.

Good place, value for money. A little far from the city centre. Will have to spend higher on cab each time or walk at least half an hour Food is really good and very reasonable. There is no lift. WiFi is available but decent. People are really good and service is good too. Rooms are good but a little old.

I would rate 10/10 to itsy Hotel for splendid Room service and delicious food. The location is peaceful and a good place to spend time. I found a little bit of an issue with communication but once booked a taxi your problem would be solved. You just need to negotiate. They ask for too much. Staff and reception are always smiling and helping. Wonderful

The hotel rooms are well maintained and all the people of this hotel are so kind in nature and the cook of this hotel is the best cook in India. You never need to visit a restaurant. He is the master chef. Each and every menu delivered was awesome, Tasty. The quality is awesome and the quantity and even price is very genuine. The hotel staff's behaviour is very friendly like family. I stayed there for 4 nights in December 2024 the first week.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a water heater and extra blankets readily available, which added to the comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay, offering good value for money.

Had a beautiful stay at this Pink coloured hotel. The staffs were genuine and kind. The cooks were superlatively good. The food tasted awesome. The rooms were cosy and nice. Highly recommended for a family stay.

Pathetic experience. We have stayed here overnight twice during our tour. On the first day the room given was fully damp with water leaking from flush. On our way back as they had promised to change the room we continued the stay. But this was the worst thing as next morning when we woke up there was no water in any tap. The only positive thing is that the staff is very concerned. Vishal was there to help and started the pump to restore water. Can't stay at such a place even for free

It's not a 3 star hotel. Staff is helpful. Cook at restaurant is arrogant as well as food is also average. Better to eat outside. Manager is a bit annoying. Rooms are ok. Bathroom needs to be maintained. Non proper parking facility
