Hotel Polo Towers, Shillong

Ideally located Hotel Polo Towers is a good place to stay in while visiting Shillong. The warm reception we received on our arrival set the tone of our stay here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable kept spic and span by the efficient housekeeping staff. The buffet meals at both the restaurants, Tring Tring & Ginger, provided by the Chefs were widespread and appealing to both the palate and the eyes. The friendly cheerful staff at these restaurants added to our pleasurable experience. On the downside, the water from the showering area tended to overflow and made the entire bathroom floor very wet. Also the nightlight stopped working. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Polo Towers.

Excellent place where we stayed the last 3 nights at Shillong. Loved the hotel, the staff and services. Lovely breakfast & dinner spreads. The Chefs, restaurant staff - Mr. Charan, Mr. Romesh, Ms. Bala, Ms. Shimti & Ms. Neha were excellent. The Reception staff were an absolute delight serving all of us - Ms.Hiliry and Ms. Amulin. I appreciated everything within and outside at Hotel Polo Towers. The moment I stepped inside the hotel, I was pleased with their hospitality and mouth watering service. The ambiance of the hotel is, elegant while its rooms are comfortable, well maintained and most importantly convenient. Doris at the reception deserves special mention as she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. Every room was welcoming, professional, attentive and indeed quite friendly as she helped me in every possible manner. Comfortable check-in made my experience smooth and pleasant at the hotel. The amenities, dining at the hotel, and service was fantastic and was beyond what I imagined. Hotel Polo Towers must be placed atop on the list of those who seeks comfort in partnered with a pleasant experience. Visits will be anticipated.

Stayed at Hotel Polo Towers, Shillong, and had a good experience overall. The room was clean and cool, which made for a comfortable stay. My room, facing the front, was a bit loud at times, but my friend's room was much quieter.||The breakfast was okay, with a decent selection. The hotel has a nice ambiance and good service. Would consider staying again!

Hotel staff provided excellent service during my Stay. Infra excellent. Chefs provided excellent food. Entire staff in dining was also providing services excellently. shrii Sanjay and Doris Issac were too good at reception

Very elegant hotel with nice cozy rooms. The staff is also very well behaved and professional. The restaurant is also amazing. Th food wis great along with courteous behaviour of staff. All in all a wonderful experience. Will surely recommend people visiting shillong to stay there.

Nice stay in polo hotel. Staff are very good specially, Amulin, Hiliry and Isaac. Always welcoming in smiling face, very polite and friendly. Thanks to all, I thoroughly enjoy my staying in this hotel, if I will come again then definitely I will love to be in their hospitality. Thank you.
