Hotel Pine Borough

Well I forgot to click a picture. Firstly they have mentioned clearly in MMT while booking that mineral water will be available but was not given at reception unless asked again and again during my first stay. There was no shower cubicle even. and in the name of toiletries they gave only 1 soap and 1 towel. next we had to ask extra and then they gave. room wasn't good at all. you just can't call it deluxe. they cheated mainly. During my second stay I got the same room since I requested (as it was better than all other options they showed). there was not much space as well. basically this hotel misleads. The staff the room service and young men working there all are very very polite and nice. They did their work nicely from the beginning including changing a bulb adjusting the bed and few more things. The tea coffee tastes very good. They have a restaurant also which is quite nice. Located at police bazar prime area. But cab might not be able to drop you there after 9 am in the morning as far as I know. But walking isn't a problem cab drops you close. They have lift. Now talking about the rooms, the bathrooms are big shabby and jet spray not working well extremely less water coming out. Bathrooms need to be colored. Rooms are very small. Amenities otherwise is ok including geyser. Lights could be increased since room fare is almost 2200 and more.

This was one of the worst property that we were coerced into taking since we reached late and a prior booking to another hotel got cancelled. The room was in deplorable condition and they charged 1800 for a night. In reality the room and service were not even half of it.

Not good at all, the bedsheets used are tidy and the bathroom wasn't hygienic.

The rooms were bit small but this was the only budget option at the heart of the town and the service & foods were also up to the mark

Pine Borough a hotel in police bazar is in prime location with good hospitality and affordable prize, specially Raja Jha staff behavior and taking care of guest is excellent, I specially recommend this hotel

The best room to have in Shillong as it's in the heart of police bazar and the rooms are just excellent, worth every penny. The food service is top quality. Must go to the restaurant it's a different zone. For me it's a must stay
